The staff were very kind and polite when I placed my order. I got a large cheese pizza for only $8.30 and it was very good and filling. After I left, I thought I left something behind in the parking lot or the store and I called and they checked both for me in the middle of a lunch rush. They go the extra mile for their customers and their food quality. If I lived closer they would be my Friday night pizza spot for sure. I wish I could give more stars for this place’s everything.

Have been ordering here off/on since 2016. Not sure what is going on there but delivery driver called me, angry/confrontational. She was at wrong place. I told her sorry & explained where I am (right around corner), she continued to argue with me then hung up. Arrived at my place 2 minutes later, called again. I went to lobby to get food. I opened door and she shoved a paper in my face and said ‘see, the address is wrong’. Woman was unhinged. Got in my face, started yelling at me to change it (like, right now?) and stepped closer to say don’t roll your eye at me. I was silent but it was really uncomfortable. She wouldn’t stop barking at me so I finally said, nah, not doing this & went back inside because she was acting nuts. Woman stood in my apartment community parking lot screaming F you like a nut for 5 minutes. Contacted Slice (ordering portal), and the restaurant refused to refund me. Driver claims I threw food at her(?). Never even saw my food. Only saw a paper with my address misspelled. (Street, instead of Way), So yeah, uh..never ordering from here again. Burger not worth getting attacked over. Food is mediocre at best.

Bad attitude by the owner. I called to order for a chicken kabob sub, why on the phone, you asked me if I wanted the sub only or the special order, I asked for the difference and you told me the specialty comes with fries but the price is more than the sub only, so I went for the specialty so I could get the combo with fries. I got home, open the food only to saw some pieces of fries thrown into the pack. I called the store to ask why was the fries so small despite paying extra, he was telling me if I had wanted more fries, I should have order fries on the side. Really? So, what is the extra money that I paid for specialty for? He said he can’t be talking to me on the phone that I should come to the store so he could give me more fries if I want. Told him I’m not calling to come over for a fries rather to complain about the service. Told me he was busy and hang up on me.

Visited three weeks in a row on a Wednesday. Each time I got a roast beef sandwich. The third time I was charged extra for using a debit card. I used the same card two other times here, before today. The 3 stars are because I like the food. The extra .34 charge means I won’t be back. Cash and debit/credit should hold the same value.

Great Halal spot for the brothers and sisters out there. You must mention Halal when ordering. Staff/delivery drivers are friendly which is rare now a days. Grilled chicken salad is tasty.

We ordered food tonight for dinner. Simple order, 3 things. The delivery service never showed up with our food. Pizza Etc not only spent the time trying to contact the driver, but also the delivery service to tell them he was a no show. When we called back, they said they would make us a new order AND she would personally deliver it herself. Awesome customer service!!

They have great food. They sell fried dough and it’s amazing!!!!! Also very cheap. The staff are awesome. They know me by name and always have my order correct. The prices are great. If you haven’t tried them yet you def should.

from time of order to delivery 1.5 hours (Sunday night) called twice and both times told that the driver had left to deliver it to me. it should not take 35 min to drive to a place that is 5 min down the road. The only good thing about this order was that the pizza still hot when I got it.
