All workers are warm and kind! They always come ask if you need anything else during lunch buffet. Even if you are the only one in the restaurant, they will bake a new whole pizza for you. Excellent service and great people. Their pizza tastes amazing. I really like the chicken alfredo and cheese sticks! 10/10 for lunch buffet. Regular orders are also great.

The pizza & salad buffet were delicious! I shared with ladies working that I was helping my grandmother move and they boxed up a pizza to take to her. It was such a kind gesture. My grandmother loved the pizza too!

Diane and Brandon are amazing! They make the best pizza and they always find time to talk to their customers. My husband and I came in once, it was our 1st time and not only did Diane make us feel welcome, she was very patient with my choice paralysis! Then we came in a couple weeks later and she actually remembered us. I know that doesn’t sound like much but it makes you feel good. And to top it all off, the food is 10 out of 10. Wings, pizza, sandwiches, some beer AND cider. Yup they have it alllllll!

The pizza was really tasty here – my wife likes the crust they use and is telling me I need to learn to copy it at home. Pasta and salad were good but I think the pizza is the winner here. This isn’t a fancy place by any means but it’s good inexpensive food.

I tried Pizza Factory for the first time today. I called in an order for a small 10″ six-slice cheese pizza with extra sauce. When I arrived, the young man came to the counter; he took a tiny pizza from where it had been sitting on the conveyor and cut it into four slices. It didn’t look like it was 10 inches, so I asked. He said it was the wrong size and walked back to where the cook was. I called out to him that I’d take the smaller pizza if he adjusted the price. Another young man came up and asked if he could have the pizza, and the first young man said no that I was taking it. I don’t know if he adjusted the price because it was over $12 with a 10 percent tip.
