I haven’t had Pizza Factory for over a decade, having moved to the west coast years ago. When I came to town and relatives suggested a pizza night I decided to get takeout, it was like a trip down memory lane. Pizza was every bit as good as I remember it being in my teens. I would give the place 5 stars but the arcade was a bit run down.

The place was clean (although we did arrive right when they opened). The food tasted good when it was there. I ordered the “all you can eat,” and it was all you could eat when they decided to fill the bar up. Cooking one pizza at a time doesn’t work if there are 4 individuals having the special, all men on a lunch break. Get it together guys, morning shift needs new management.

I came in right after opening. The bathroom is disgusting. It’s always disgusting, but right after opening? Come on! Only one pizza was made for buffet. It is 11:37 and still no more pizza made. Some dude just came in from outside, went behind counter and started handling food without washing his hands. I just can’t do it again, eat here. It’s disgusting. It’s 11:45 and people who paid for the buffet are still waiting for a pizza to be made so that they can eat the food they paid for.

Very poor service. Their website offers curbside, and I have used it several times in the past. On this visit, I was told that the owners tell them they don’t do that. They have no idea how to make the salads you sell. Mine was missing several toppings. The order was 10 minutes, and the pizza was done when I arrived. 10 minutes to make a salad that had lettuce peppers and 2 slices of meat is unacceptable. When I called them out on it, they got very rude

We just had my nephews birthday party here and we called on short notice due to another place scheduling us at the wrong time and they had it all set up within 5 minutes everyone working was super polite and professional always checking to see if we needed anything. Pizza was delicious. And they had them out in a timely manor. I can’t thank the pizza factory enough for letting us throw a birthday there on short notice. Definitely Definitely Definitely recommend eating here now.

Ordered 3 specialty pizza’s and a salad. Got 3 pizza’s we didn’t order and no salad. Called and told them and they made 3 new pizza’s. The salad showed up. The corrected pizza’s showed up and 2 of 3 three were wrong. Pizza flavor is why there’s 2 stars. We pick between Orofino and Spokane for our wedding anniversary and March madness. Best Western Orofino is great and dinning on the edge is great. Pizza factory was a bad choice. Maybe Spokane for now on!!

We’ve been waiting for over an hour for 2 pizzas. Regardless of how good the pizza may or may not be, at this point, I can’t in good conscience give more than 2 stars due to service issues. If, after we actually get to eat, the pizza is not worth the wait, I will have to reduce the number of stars. DO NOT BE IN A HURRY IF YOU COME HERE!!!!
