I love to support local business but this one isn’t worth it. The large pizzas we ordered were not only more expensive than other restaurants but they seemed smaller too. It seemed we recieved medium size pizzas instead of larges as ordered as well as the incorrect crust type. The pizza was extremely greasy which honestly didnt bother me. Overall taste wasnt expectional or worth it considering the price. Restaurant seemed clean and cozy.

The pizza was delicious and the tiny wings we’re good. Calzones & film cookie, not impressed. The cashier (lady owner) had horrible customer service. She was incredibly rude. While in the restaurant, she asked customers to get up and find another table because it was reserved. When customer said she didn’t see the sign, owner picked it up and showed her. A few minutes later we politely asked if there was a reason behind the reserved table at closing and she rudely said it was personal. Empty restaurant with a reserved seating will prompt people to ask.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE BREADSTICKS! So delicious, especially with the mariana sauce! The owner was super friendly while taking our order and had our pizza out to us real quick. I have been to numerous Pizza Factory places in California, and this one was just a good. My husband said the beer was on point and the place was nice and clean. Will be back for sure!

I ordered food online. A lady called to say they were out of the sandwich I ordered I said just cancel that part. When I went to pick up my order the lady didn’t know how to refund me for the sandwich. She took down my number and said when there’s a manager in they will call me. I have yet to receive a call and when I call there never a manager there. I paid for food I never got. 8.95 isn’t much but the customer service is terrible. I won’t waste my money here again. Not how you run your business

Haven’t gotten to try their food yet, but just letting you know, Google Maps is wrong about their hours. They’re only open from 3p to 8p on Sunday. But they answered my call and took my order at 240p, and at the end of the call let me know they don’t open until 3, so my order would be ready around 320p. Hope it’s good! The lady taking my order had the sweetest, most gentle and caring voice though!
