The lunch buffet is a great deal for a quick lunch with a variety of pizzas to choose from. The salad bar had a lot of options to fill your salad bowl with. I usually order from their pizza menu, but today I was in a hurry and this buffet was priced very reasonably for the buffet options.

Good pizza! They definitely don’t skimp out on the meat, you get what you’re paying for. Service was decent, they bus your plates after you leave which is worth the tip that you leave up front. Only possible negative is they seem to stay quite busy, lots of kids and little walking room. Would definitely recommend them for their food!

Very nice staff. We ordered a thin crust pizza, but they mistakenly made it a thick crust pizza… they apologized and they offered us a discount for the following trip in. It was our first time in…. the pizza dough is very tasty and the sauce is good, but there was very little cheese on the pizza, which was a disappointment, because you buy pizza for cheese! ( I grew up in New York and New Jersey and they know how to make pizza there for sure)

We are a family of 6, we came in at 7 and asked if it was to late to dine in. They stated no, and we spent almost $100! so we tried sitting at a table that was big enough for 6 and they told us that they couldn’t accommodate us with that table due to the dining area being closed which consisted of two tables seperate from the main dining area on your way to the game room. The only table that was open due to them being busy was only big enough for a family of 4. We spoke to a manager and she wouldn’t even listen to my husband and he was even trying to state that he would be happy to clean our table and even the floors around that table. She continued to cut my husband off and walked away.(maybe she let the position get to her head) So us being a family of 6 had to be smashed together with very little room to eat at a table of 4. With the amount of money we spent plus tip they should have accomidated us better. Great food, but not great customer service.

Great family dinner for our Daughters 18th birthday!!!! It was the 1st time for most of us and we were not disappointed. Excellent pastas and pizzas and plenty of fun for the younger kids.

Decent pizza. Great atmosphere for families. We are on a road trip through town and needed a place for our kids to eat and move freely. Few restaurants can offer both while being clean, friendly, and still feeling like a restaurant. Pizza Factory does a great job with the small game room, a few TV’s, and yet still being a quiet place where you can have a conversation.

Extremely understaffed with unfriendly, rude staff. No adherence to post-COVID guidelines as all-you-can-eat salad bar had no clean bowls for return trips and customers reused their own. One patron was sharply reprimanded by staff member for putting salad on his plate rather than reusing his bowl! A senior citizen had his beverage tip because unused pizza racks were left on small dinning tables. No staff member offered to help him or replace his drink. When he attempted to clean up the spilled beverage with a pile of napkins the best he could, an irate staff member started shoving chairs and making rude comments. Although the food was reasonable and good, not worth the drama and post-COVID heatlh risks. Sign on door said they were understaffed and it showed in the lack of hospitality. Not a good way to run a failing business!
