Disappointed today. I ordered a personal pizza & a greek salad. Had it delivered to the gravel pit where I work a mile away. No utensils, no napkins..How do you eat a salad with no fork. And the pizza is as brown as the cardboard box it came in..smh I expected better.

I am familiar with this chain as we only got pizza from our small town Pizza Factory in Linden, Ca. Unfortunately, this was, by far the worst experience I have ever had with any pizza establishment. My thin crust order was, pesto, garlic and sun dried tomatoes. The young lady repeated both pizza orders to which I confirmed to be correct. After I got home and opening up my pizza, I saw no “green” to indicate the presence of pesto. After taking the first bite, in no way was there the taste of garlic. The shoe leather chew of minimal cheese and crust was boldly present. My wife’s “Wolf Den” pizza was a miniscule (and I mean miniscule) better than my pizza.

This was our first time eating at Pizza Factory. We called ahead for take-out. When we got there, I noticed the kitchen was full of staff, all busy working. The girl at the counter was friendly, and our pizza was ready at the promised time. The pizza itself was good. Crust was on the thinner side. Lots of toppings. I like pizza sauce to be a tiny bit sweeter, but other than that the pizza was good. I would order from here again.
