Was looking for something fast for my lunch, what is 30 mins… pulled up and said I’ll give it a go. Walk in at 11:15 am and ask how long it would take to get a pizza.. shorty was on point said about 10 mins. She said better yet make it 6 mins. That was 11:16. I seat down and right on point with a hot fresh pizza in 6 MINS.. WOW SERVICE FORSURE. was able to enjoy pizza and had time to get back. 5 stars all the way across. Hit them hut for some amazing pizza. Shorty and her mom run it and are doing an amazing job. Thanks again for rhe amazing pizza and service.

I called in an order and was told it’d be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes. There were 3 employees and only one other customer there, waiting to pick up one pizza. I paid for my order. AND that’s when they went to the fridge to get the meatballs to start making it!! 25 minutes later, I got my order. The Cinnamon Twists look nothing like the webite shows. The twists are random sizes/shapes and barely browned. We get to the second half of the box where they are more stuck together… and the dough is raw! I emailed Pizza Factory twice about the issue. NO response. I’ve since found out the owner of the Spanish Springs store lives in Texas and obviously doesn’t care. Too many good pizza places in Sparks to bother with this one.

Called to place a pickup order at 8:00pm according to the website you are open til 9:00pm. The person answered and immediately said sorry to inform you we are closed hope you have a great night and hung up. This is the second time you website said one thing and it wasn’t true. I ordered chicken wings from the website that said one price and was charged almost double. I mentioned it to the person behind the counter and she said yeah we know and still charged me the higher price. I have been going to this place when it was Manny and Olga’s and have been playing horseshoe there for as long and it seems to be going downhill. Sorry to see that because I like to support the businesses in Spanish Springs. I hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears.

Extremely disappointed in our experience here. We spent $40 on one large pizza and two orders of garlic bread sticks and everything was burned and rock hard. There was a school fundraiser occuring at the time and the restaurant was clearly NOT prepared. The young employees there needed direction and no one was helping them. There was not a manager in site. We had ordered online and specifically asked for our pizza to be undercooked because these chains tend to overcook their pizza and ended up throwing away some of the pizza as it was completely inedible. Overall, I used to like the pizza factory chain but the food in the area has really gone downhill over the last few years. This was the last straw and I can honestly say that I will never eat at this location again or the others in the area. Such a bummer and I’m sure all the other people felt the same way as everyone was being served burned food. Would NOT recommend eating here.

I never do this, but tonight I am. I have been a loyal customer for years. Sometimes the pizza is burnt, sometimes dough doesn’t rise and crust is cardboard, sometimes the pizza is perfect. Through all of the inconsistency I’ve continued to give them my business. Big complaint, they always forget the ranch!!! I was doing online ordering, always forget, then the employee tells me don’t order online it always happens. I go back to calling in my order, it still happens. Tonight happens to be the 50th plus time they have forgotten my ranch. I don’t get it, it’s not difficult to look at an order and place all items in the bag. I’m frustrated and feel this is ridiculous. Yes, ranch isn’t a big deal, however, this pizza is better with ranch. Anyway, rant over, ordering here probably over

Work 2 doors down and not only did Caden bring it to me, he also put it in my truck. Not a big fan of their red sauce, so I ordered a Miner with Alfredo sauce and loved it! Lots of toppings!!! Kudos to Caden and his staff!
