I was quoted 25 mins for pick up over the phone, showed up 5 mins early, paid, then quoted 10 mins, time past quoted another 10 mins, I ended up waiting about an hour total from the time I ordered the pizza to the time I was handed the pizza. One attendant was very apologetic the 1st time I checked on the pizza but all the others acted like it was no big deal. There were a handful of staff but only 2 of them seemed to best working. And to make it worse the pizza was bland. So disappointing! I will not ever go back to this location again.

Best pizza in Fresno CA. I bought a mini combo for under $10. They have a mini spot for kids to play games, to get candy , or fake tattoo machine. Love that they have many soda options in their new upgraded machine. They have 2 big screen TV’S.

W8ted 45 mins for a small pizza and no it wasn’t bz the time I went, workers were just cleaning tables and sweeping dont know if they leave only 1 person to cook .. I could’ve got the same quality pizza i believe anywhere else

Let me share this with you all …..I eat out alot and this is absolutely the BEST PIZZA IVE EVER EATEN !!! And I’m 60 years old !! I’m definitely coming back to this place when I’m craving pizza !!! Everyone is soooo nice , that’s one thing that got lost when the covid hit ,in many restaurants your not getting the great customer service , employees aren’t even waring there name tags and their soooo rude makes me lose my appetite alot but not here they actually make you feel like returning for dinner after you just had lunch No Lie !!! Went for the pizza buffet. $8.99 per person. Fresh pizza (had to ask them to make one, and was limited to a list of basic toppings) was great. The old pizzas on the buffet, not so much. Staff was curtious and professional. Would NOT return for the buffet!! For the price paid and quality of the pizza, would go to da vinchis instead (in the same shopping center, in the building to the east – if you are looking out the door of Pizza Factory, your looking at DaVinchis).
