A fun place to eat. I’m particularly fond of their lunch buffet on the weekdays. The prices are fair for what you get here and the pizza is pretty damn good. Needs a little more variety at times though, but that can’t be helped. Never too busy either and there’s plenty of seating available to customers. They’re also service animal friendly, which is a big plus as well. I’ll likely swing by again since it’s a good spot to stop for good food

They messed up my online order, I only modified one side and they did that side correctly but then they took everything off the second half, after we spoke with them they didn’t seem to understand what the problem was and didn’t really help, idk if their app is broken or they were just having a bad night but I just want my pizza the way I ordered it. Wouldn’t recommend I’ve always had a bad experience at this specific spot.

They were accommodating with change in plans for my group of 15. Although we didn’t reserve their smallest party room in advance they gave me the option of upgrading and getting a better food deal for us. They did this for us, but it was because the room had not been reserved for any other party that afternoon. The staff are nice and helpful.

Pizza Factory has the BEST pizza I’ve ever had. Including NYC. I love their awesome combo. The cheese to sauce ratio is perfect. The crunchy crisp crust is yummm. They are always quick. 15-20 mins and super reasonably priced. Everyone is always so pleasant. Highly recommend.

First and last time I visit the pizza factory! The staff offered good customer service and I don’t have any complaints about their service… But the PIZZA… vegetables were still raw- I love mushrooms, but the ones on my pizza tasted horrible because they weren’t cooked! the onion were also raw!
