Worst service I have ever had! 3 orders, and 3 wrong items! Order the ranch dressing, it is to die for, but when you order it and it does not come with the delivery for 3 times, I guess they want to charge me, but not delivery it. ORDERED A Calzone tonight, did I get one, NO. I got 2 pizzas. Is there no one there that listens to an order over the phone for a delivery? I am done with this place!

Have always loved pizza factory! Very good pizza and salad bar! Like how they have ice cream as well. Prices are a little high. Could use some more games for the kids but the food kinda makes up for it. I just think if they made it a place you wanted to hang around longer with the kids it would be the perfect pizza joint!

Went to Medical Lake to help with Gray Fire clean-up. It was awesome that Pizza Factory provided food for over 50 dirty volunteers and firefighters . The food was amazing and they deserve all the love back for how much they’ve supported this wonderful little town.

The pizza here was PHENOMENAL! Bonus – they offer a gluten free crust. Location was full of the local high school memorabilia, which I personally love. The customer service was wonderful and the location was well kept!

im also going to complain about other locations but pizza factory is THE MOST FRUSTRATING PIZZA PLACE TO GET DELIVERY FROM, the online ordering works for none of the locations the rewards are only claimed in store OR ONLINE ORDERS, and many locations including this one have told me they can’t deliver because im too far away for the amount of staff you have, i am 12 minutes away

Pizza factory MUSTVE gotten new management. When I used to call and get the manager he would make me feel like it was my fault they made a mistake. I just got off the phone with Kristen and she was so sweet and helped take care of the issue no problem! Also the pizza has gotten better! Double win for medical lake!!

If I could give a zero I would. We ordered last night at 5pm was told 30 mins. I specifically said my address 5 times. At 630 called and was told the pizza was on the way. I live on Jessie and it went to Justin… Finally pizza got to my house at 715ish. It was cold and nasty. Dripping in grease. Owners won’t do anything about it or refund. So nasty not worth 52 dollars

My team and I threw a Christmas party at a juvenile detention center last night. I ordered the pizza a few days in advance and explained the importance of needing two deliveries. Pizza Factory showed up on time both times and brought amazingly good pizza. Our delivery driver was so nice and again, prompt. I’ll definitely continue to use them for our annual Christmas party at the institution. Thank you Pizza Factory for helping to make our event a successful…and super yummy one!!!!
