My wife and I always wanted to try this pizzeria. We finally decided tonight was the night. We had seen a display of a new bbq pizza. Looked awesome. Ok X-Large one of those. The Italian sub sounded good. Asked if it can be made hot. “Yes”. Add it to the list. Our six year old wanted a cheese pizza. Boom. Add it to the list. We waited, went next door to get some ice cream, then got our pizza. It smelled amazing. We get home to eat. At first the bbq tasted great. Then bite after bite, it was too much bbq sauce. The drizzle on top seemed to be waaay too much. And for the sandwich, it was ok. Wish it was more crusty. But the taste was really good.

Best pizza I’ve had! Everything is fresh and pizza is not greasy. The Ingredients have always been fresh and the customer service has been excellent every time. The owners are so kind and take pride in everything they do. We don’t order pizza anywhere else anymore.

Ordered for delivery tonight and was told 45 mins; it was at my door in 25. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they were and even mentioned that to the delivery driver. The pizza was delicious and had just the right amount of sauce. The calzone are a good size and saucy as well. I will definitely order from here again. Thanks!

Ordered from here for the first time. It was very tasty. You can tell the dough they used is not factory processed. The veggies were fresh, the sausage was tasty. I will get the pizza sauce on the side next time because it got a bit soggy. But I ate it up!

Let me just start by saying after being a manager for two well known pizza establishment for a combined 10 years I have HIGH expectations when dining on pizza. Pizza Factory definitely met and exceeded those expectations… so much so that we’ve been back many times with different family & friends. Dare I say it is my daughter’s favorite so we’ve even stopped by for a small pizza just for her. You can tell the dough is fresh, the toppings are ample, and it’s cooked to perfection (not under or over cooked). We did have a hiccup with customer service 1 out of the 7 times— the situation was simple and easily resolvable but the two younger gentleman I spoke to had the stance of “sorry there is nothing we can do”. I won’t go on and on because I think it was lack of experience/ customer service rather than malice but It was enough to make me not want to return. It was a simple fix and the principle of the matter (not the $6 coupon cost). You might wonder at this point why I still gave FIVE STARS… well when I arrived I politely talked to the location, described what happened and apparently I was talking to the same gentleman from the phone because they had the same stance as described above, as I was about to cancel and leave a woman overheard and came over… her name was Sandy she was so gracious and quick to resolve. Because of her we will definitely be back— she single handily redeemed our experience because of her willingness to just listen and understand! You can tell she cares about her customers! I truly believe tonight was a hiccup and hopefully we will remain happy customers for years to come! Thank you again Sandy!!

Wife pickup a couple weeks ago (she was feeling nostalgic and had fond memories from years past). That said, the review is on behalf of the family who all (myself included) found everything to be extremely underwhelming. The only reason for not rating 1-star is due to oldest daughter somewhat enjoying the sandwich and pickle. Save your money – there are plenty of better options OR make your own pizza which will come out far better than this (and most places) you can purchase from.
