My wife and I decided to place an order that I could pick up after work. Their pizza and calzones are excellent! The ingredients were high quality and their small pizzas were more than enough for an adult to have for dinner. Definitely going back!

First time visiting this chain in a long time. This location is small but very cool. Met the owner/manager, (not sure his correct title), who was very friendly and extremely personable and had no problem coming around the counter to talk to us and answer any of our questions. His smiling, friendly wife was also behind the counter and they made a great duo. Service was fast, courteous, and they were also very accommodating when we asked to put the football game on the tv. There are two large TVs in this long dining area, and a couple of picnic tables outside. The place is very clean, and looked brand new although it’s been there for a while, which tells me they really take care of their restaurant. We asked for the pizza extra well done so it came out really crispy and delicious, but I think I’m going to try it in the regular baking time to appreciate the dough more. The price was fair and worth every penny. Tried the breadsticks and they were also delicious. When paying, I saw the chicken alfredo and instantly regretted ordering pizza because it looked so dang good. Of course I enjoyed the pizza thoroughly though, lol. I asked if they did fundraisers for schools and they said they did which is a bonus. We also ordered a pitcher of beer which was ice cold and delicious. Can’t wait to come back.

I was so excited to get Pizza Factory for my birthday. The woman who answered the phone was hard to understand. I struggled to get through my order but did it. Told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Show up 20 minutes later to find out either they gave my order to someone else or they never made it. The woman seemed very disgruntled in her job. They offered to make my pizza and I waited for it. When pizza was finished, the angry woman proceeded to charge me 40 dollars for 1 large pizza and overcooked breadsticks! No discount or anything!! The pizza is overpriced and I am beyond disappointed! I will drive to Salinas for Pizza Factory from now on!
