Clean, modern, fast and delicious! We loved our pizza and so did my daughter (she needed Gluten Free options-they had GF and cauliflower). I tried hers and it was actually not bad. Our pizza, however was far superior. The staff was helpful, professional and kind. Will be back!

The staff was super friendly and the even had vegan cheese!! I can’t tell you how hard it is to find vegan friendly options for my daughter when we go to the coast. We will definitely be eating here again! Vegan pie on the right regular pizza on the left. ❤️❤️❤️

Ordered a small artichoke garlic pizza, a mini bbq chicken pizza, a mini pepperoni olive pizza, and a large veggie plus chicken calzone. All of it was amazing. The pizzas were cooked great with a crispy bottom and cooked through without being burned. This place is definitely worth checking out. Even has a self serve bar which we thought was pretty cool even though we didn’t go in there since we had two minors with us. We’ll definitely return if we’re ever in the area again.

We went to the Pizza Factory 1st. The place was almost empty & 6 employees in the kitchen, we started to order & they told us a min of 45 min. wait. We do not recommend it if you’re hungry. So we left for the other Pizza restaurant

Edit August ’23: The hours for the buffet were changed. They really should put updated hours on here so people don’t show up to be disappointed. The new hours, with the experience we had last time of them no longer stocking the buffet 15 minutes early, we decided to not eat there today. Don’t know if we’ll go back.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member as we walked inside. We ordered the buffet which came with soup salad and a variety of delicious pizza. They also have a pastas like lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. Calzones, and some awesome sandwiches.

Ordered at 6:50pm. Was told delivery would be 45-60 minutes. I called to check on the status at 8:05, was told the driver was putting the food in the bag and would be leaving after. I am 10 minutes away. Called again to check the status at 9:05 and was hung up on by the operator because it was after hours and the restaurant closes at 8pm. The order was finally delivered at 9:15, after we watched the drive pull into the neighbors and go around the block. We had to chase her down. We had to put the kids to bed prior to the arrival as we had been on the road all day. The pepperoni pizza looked and tasted like it had been done for hours. Everything was cold and stale.

Super busy / popular place (ordering 20 min. before closing and it was an hour wait)! This was my first time trying this pizza chain. Overall it was not bad. The crust thickness was perfect, but a slight bit chewy for my preference. The staff was super friendly, looks like they love working there.
