I guess the staff preparing the pizza dont have enough to do with just making pizza; seems the order of amusement for the evening was slicing my large pizza into a 32 slices. It all eats the same but it is alittle embarrassing to ask for 6 more slices. I may be forced to get my pizza from Marcos; they slice thier large pizza Into 8 slices.

First time experiencing this establishment. All I can say is thank you!!! Only ordered your wings after a horrendous day, to be delivered, and right from ordering by phone to asking questions, excellent, excellent service. The gal that took the call was amazing! She took her time with me and answered all my questions with personality plus. My order was received quickly, tasty beyond belief, and by a gentleman who also was also amazing. First time ordering from this pizza guys and the last. My start is a negative one. I ordered a extra large pizza, garlic cheese bread and oven roasted chicken wings. The delivery was late, pizza cold and burnt, wings under cooked, raw inside and the garlic cheese bread taste like rubber. I called to complain, management didn’t care or to correct this issue. I will not recommend this pizza place to anyone. If you choose to order I wish you the best.

I ordered online with a coupon code(3010) 15.49 for and 2 large specialty pizzas for delivery! I paid 17.49 each for 2 specialty ones directly from their own menu (combo and all meat) I also selected delivery and added a tip for that. To my surprise I received a text that it was ready to pick up! Don’t fall for the coupons they are deceptive! The pizza was delicious that is the only reason for the stars.

I would give 5 stars but, unfortunately, the person I spoke with over an important omission on a pizza was not helpful and made me feel like it was my fault. We order from Pizza Guys at least once a week and have since they opened. My husband stops on his way home from work and picks it up and it’s always ready…..always very good. Last night I placed an order online for one of their extra large “Crispy Club” specialty pizzas which we’ve had before and enjoyed. Whilst eating this pizza, we noticed there was no flavor and we couldn’t figure out why since all the cheese was melted and we didn’t study it in length. Today I took 2 slices for lunch and heated them in the microwave and, since I don’t overly heat them, I was able to tell (after picking it apart) that the white garlic sauce had been left off. I called them to let them know what happened and the man who came to the phone told me it’s a white sauce like I probably just don’t see it or something. He told me to bring the pizza in and he would look at it and, if he doesn’t see any garlic white sauce he can “maybe” refund half the cost. It’s a little bit of a drive for us and I told him I could not do that at this time and he got defensive and said I should’ve brought it back last night. Well, we didn’t realize the sauce was missing last night as I had explained. It would have been nice to have, at least, gotten an “I’m sorry for the mistake”. His bad customer service and lack of people skills when things weren’t going smoothly are not how you get or keep customers who were happy with pizzas in the past. Sadly, because of his attitude, we will probably not be back which is a shame because the pizza is usually very good.
