I love pizza guys, some of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I live in Vacaville, and they are awesome. The food and the staff are on point. So why a 1 star? Well, this review is for the pizza guys in Vallejo. I tried to call in an order and was on hold for 10 min. Even then, no one picked up. I have worked in customer service before, and I understand restaurants get busy. But instead of keeping someone on hold and not picking up, maybe you should pick up after 3 minutes and ask if they don’t mind staying on hold. Also I was told they don’t sell the potato poppers in the Vallejo location after going up there. I then called the Vacaville store and was told all store sell them. So Vallejo customer service is a 1 star.

We got the cheesy garlic rolls [ 8 PC] which are enough for two or three. Definitely warm them up again when you get home as they are better melty. We also got the antipasti salad. The salads are enough for two or three. Both are really good. I got a slice of the pumpkin cheesecake which is REALLY small. Would not get that again because of that/the price.

Fast service. Great prices and my kids finally found a pizza they like better than the standard, Round Table. We really did enjoy the pizza and coupon price gave us 2 large 2 topping pizzas, free cheesy garlic bread slices and because we came got it, got free liter of soda. Can’t beat that especially when the pizza’s really enjoyed by all. Parking is limited so think at some times might be a but tough but thats really bout it to complain about. Very small so it’s a take out not eat in place.

Love these “Guys”. I order from them all the time. I especially like their Chicken Spinach Flatbread and 10″ pizzas. Oh, did I mention the wings? Juicy and delicious. Orders are delivered in a timely manner and are always hot. Delivery person is polite and friendly which is important as I live alone. Prices are good.Highly recommended.
