It’s very difficult to get a good pizza from Pizza Guys. The pizzas usually come overly crispy, or burned. The hot pasta came dry, and burned. I wasn’t the slightest bit impressed. The worst part is they don’t give you any ranch, which is supposed to come with the order. And when you ask for it, they try to charge you for it!!!

This place is great! They were open early on a Saturday morning and, within 30 minutes of ordering, I was able to pick up 4 delicious pizzas at 9:30 a.m. for our Little League team party. Phew, they saved this team mom a whole gaggle of angry kids. Quick and super friendly service and yummy food. I’ll be back for sure!

Pizza was good, but it would be helpful if their was a sign saying only takeout above the tables. I say that because their employees were giving us a weird look as to say “your stupid for eating at a table with seats in our building.” If you go to eat here, take your food and eat it somewhere else, unless you want to be in a uncomfortable atmosphere where their employees give you weird looks an talking about you sitting there. Not to mention, it did not say this place was for takeout only.

Good, quick, inexpensive pizza. Check out their online deals before calling. They will not offer their specials/deals to you, you need to know them and ask for them when you order. 2 Lg 2 topping could be $50+ vs. $30 if you don’t say you want the special.

We ordered pizza online not knowing they didn’t deliver to Sebastopol. The website someone how entered the wrong address. We called to report and the owner got on the phone because we asked for a refund. We spent $80. We do not make a lot of money and so now we do not get to eat dinner tonight. It was a special occasion to order. He told us that he ran out of the money he has set aside for refunds. Saying he’s a small business and that he can’t make money giving refunds. He lied saying he’d drive over to the wrong address and if the random people hadn’t eaten our food that he’d refund us. He refused to do this and give us photo evidence that he actually went there to check. He told us he couldn’t refund without checking first and it was because he lost all the profit from making the the food. We asked how getting the food back from whoever got it would save him any money since he can’t resell the food. He was telling us he’d resell food that had been sitting out or already entered an apartment. When we questioned him because this would be a health code violation he started getting angry saying he didn’t have to answer any of our questions. And said different restaurants have different policies on reselling food that has gone out. We were shocked and disgusted. I can’t believe I’ve been coming here for years not knowing I’ve been eating pizza other customers have already put their hands on.
