Used to be my favorite pizza place, not anymore. Ordered garlic chicken, Hawaiian and a garlic bread sticks. I don’t know if it’s hard or what but all the chicken wasn’t putting all over pizza but only on one side and other sides was just empty with green onions and cheese, the other issue was the Hawaiian pizza was on red sauce even tho it should be always on white and I told them twice to make it on thin crust and they made it on regular. I have no more trust for them. I’m switching for other pizza place.

The man at the register not only was rude on the phone but was extremely rude and difficult in person. Long black hair with glasses. You could use some more training in customer service. I was nothing but kind throughout this whole experience in hopes you would switch your mood.

I used to live around the corner and go here every couple of months. It was not a good experience, so when I went today (for the first time in a couple years) I did not have high expectations. However, the new staff is positive and friendly and the pizza was the best I’ve had in a while!

I have ordered twice from this location . I love pizza guys. The only chain pizza I have liked. My kids love it. However, the last two order have missed items. I am disheartened by this. I even said I would pay for whatever is extra. I called to inquire. They just said you didn’t order that. Ummm listen to audio …um yes I did. Not order for. Thai location again period!

I just ordered it without extras and I assume the delivery is about $6. Wondering why my total came out to almost $39. What’s going on?

Pizza is delicious the staff works as quickly as they can. Just like any other place they get busy and sometimes it can be a bit of a wait (1hr+) but it’s totally worth it. I usually get stuff during the slower times and get my pizza in about 20minutes.

service is terrible! we were walking home with our little daughter, we had to pick up a pizza on the way! everything did not work at the cash register, there is no card, I gave her money, she opened the cash register, I have change, but she said that if she gives me change, there will be no others! she told us to go home … my baby was hungry and started crying that we were not given our order … I was very disappointed! the manager came and looked at me…he saw that I was Ukrainian and spoke with an accent and didn’t even decide anything (is this some kind of classification of people by race?!)) when the Americans came, the attitude was completely different….pay attention to the manager’s attitude towards people is very terrible, I am disappointed with the attitude towards me… and the service…
