They are normally great but today I don’t know what happened. It looked like they carried one pizza sideways and burnt the other. I called and told them about it and that I wanted my money back. She sent the driver back with my money which he didn’t give it all back and he took back the pizza. Worst service I ever received

They rushed me off the phone during my order, got it wrong. I picked it up curbside. Their delivery driver in a red challenger blocks me in so he didn’t have to park in a space, I almost hit his car. Didn’t discover my order was wrong til I got home. Called them to fix it, they said I’d have to call in the morning for the manager. Never did bc I work, not thinking about pizza. $30 wasted. Didn’t enjoy the pizza

Good fresh pizza. Had all utensils: napkins, plates , etc. sticker on pizza box. Very detailed , organized , and pleasant experience to work with them. Have special variety , all sorts of pizza online. Everything done wirelessly through the website.

One of the better pizza takeout places in the east Sacramento area. We had a half onion half sausage and it was pretty good. I like that they have multiple styles of pizza with a great selection of toppings. The online selection process is easy to use.

Ordered 6 large pizzas for 20 people (their website suggested 5 large) which look amazing. But they delivered it without plates, napkins, etc. After calling to let them know they said they forgot and sent the driver to re-deliver it. They sent me 9 plates, 8 napkins and 5 cheese packets. For 20 people. I guess we’ll each share a 1/4 teaspoon of cheese.

I cannot express how much these guys helped me out last night. I was at the emergency vet in the parking lot for *hours* waiting with a horrible unfortunate situation. Luckily Pizza Guys delivered a hot delicious pizza to my car in record time, with extra ranch which hit the spot!
