Had a terrible experience today, my order was supposed to be ready at 2:20, every few minutes since they kept saying two more minutes, and I had to wait for 30 more minutes, they were not apologetic and didn’t even bother to make the pizza right, threw all black olives in the middle of the pizza, bad looking pizza

We placed order and received confirmation. About 15 minutes later we received a text message that our order is ready. When we went inside to pick up the order, the pizza maker lady told us that they didn’t receive an order. We had to reorder and waited for about an hour to get the pizza. We reported to the pizza maker lady and the manager as well. Both are rude and unprofessional. They didn’t apologize; furthermore, they told us that it is not a big deal. It’s hard to screw up pizza, but they managed. We ordered a combination that was dry, had flavorless sausage and no pepperoni, with crust that was weirdly sweet. Salad was okay. Wanted to try a local place, but this was the first and last time for us.

I’ve been ordering from this location for 12 years. After not ordering here for a 4 year period do to poorly made pizzas missing ingredients I decided to give them another try. My Dad ordered this amazing Pizza for my out of town visiting folks this weekend. This Pizza is absolutely delicious! It is definitely my new obsession. I am a huge Pizza lover! Stopped in today around 130 to order a few pizzas for a party. two guys inside going back and forth never bothed to take my order or even acknowlage my presence. I studied the menue and started to ask a question but no one was paying attention. At one point one guy came to the register and fiddled around with something and walked away without a word.

Last night’s experience with a Tuscan garlic chicken pizza was amazing! I added Italian sausage which really made it pop with flavor . It has been quite some time since I’ve ordered from the Pizza guys establishment, however last night’s decision was the best I’ve made in quite some time & in this area of North Park in natomas. Not only was I impressed by the pizza, I was impressed by the packaging and the delivery as well. Kudos to last night’s crew at the del Paso road location.

I order from here once or twice a week. I ordered online on Christmas Eve at 7:30. It said they didn’t close until 9pm. I never received my pizza and I called over over for an hour. I called today and employee that didn’t sound like he even cared said, it’s been taken care of and the fee reversed. No explanation until I asked. He said, oh well we decided to close at 6pm so that happened to a lot of people. No apology or we will make it up to you or anything. That’s horrible customer service. I love their pizza but I’m officially done with them. I always tip really well. That’s not how you treat customers. I didn’t even get a phone call, I had to call them! I refer people to this location a lot but not anymore.
