As a valued customer with over 100k Pizza Guys Reward points, this is the only location that prevents/limits me from using my points at time of check-out. The original order of 4 large pizzas was confirmed over the phone and the employee acknowledgment of 18k reward points will cover the whole order. After arriving at the store, the order changed and it’s only 1 redemption of 4,500 points per order according to the manager on site per instruction by OWNER. I will have to take my future bulk corporate orders to a new pizza place and will be reviewing my points balance for a refund as customer service is not a priority at this “NEW” location.

Asked for extra sauce got hardly any sauce at all on the pizza. Also paid for a side of marinara and did not receive it. Also was charged $2.50 to add jalapeños to the pizza and there is hardly any on the pizza several slices don’t have any and others only have one! I paid $74 for my order and they should be ashamed. Little ceasars has better quality control then this! The bacon cheese rolls are raw dough in the middle!

I paid over $25 for a 12″ pizza and 2 small drinks. The taste is very mediocre for the price. Overpriced and they charge extra for ranch or any other sauce. Little Ceasars has better pizza than this place.

I deliver for door dash took a lunch break to try Pizza guys for the first on Eureka wy Redding CA my pizza was done one person working showed the other person my pizza and dropped it so now my pizza has to be recooked making me take a longer lunch from door dashing now I’m not making money when it’s busy and my pizza is hurried made second time and U spent over $30 of money I should have asked for a refund but I’ve already waisted 40 min waiting not happy will not being coming back

We get pizza every Friday night and we have been getting Pizza Guys each time for the last month at least. It is delicious and priced great. We love the specials they have, as it makes the meal cheaper, but also they have offered free ice cream or soda if you spend a certain amount. It is always done on time and the staff is incredibly nice. They already recognize me when I come in and I really appreciate that!

I have never had Pizza Guys prior to today. Kudos to them! My FAVORITE pizza is thin crust pepperoni with green olives. NO ONE offers green olives on pizza’s EXCEPT for them! That ALONE will keep me coming back. Aside from that, the pizza quality was great! Super delicious! Was made and delivered in a VERY timely manner. Overall, very impressed with this place. Keep up the good work!
