Went for supper after work. Servers got confused as to who was taking care of us. Ordered drinks and appetizer, and then it took 20 minutes after we got our appetizer for our order to be taken. Another ten for our salad, and every piece of meat in my Greek Platter was overcooked after I specifically requested that it not be. I asked for the beef to be mid-rare to medium, and it came out well done. I asked for the chicken to not be served dry, and not only was it dry, there were bones in it. The gyro meat while still tasty, was also dry. When I told the server, all she said was “Well, I told him. I guess he just didn’t listen.” No offer of a re-cook or discount. (The Greek Platter is now a $20 plate-So not worth it IMHO.) It was so late by the time our food arrived, that we just took it home with us. We will probably not be back. It would have been only 1 star, but my husband’s Spanakopita and the cheese fries were actually quite good…

I have recently been there two times and the some how they lost our order in the kitchen. Both times we waited over an hour to get notified. The waitresses work very hard but the people in the kitchen can’t seem to get it together. The place is very poorly managed. I live nearby but won’t be back.

The girls who work there are very young, rude, and way more concerned about gossiping with each other about their personal lives than to give a customer (any customer) the time of day…. much less take an order correctly. We get the wrong order almost every single time we come up there, and having to wait FOREVER in the “drive-thru” line & shell out nearly $50 each time we come. You’d think someone working in this establishment would take pride in their job & at least try to keep the customers happy…?? I will not be returning to this place & quite frankly I’d really appreciate a refund for my most recent order I placed last week! I’ll be calling up there tomorrow to speak with the manager in charger… I’d rather speak with the actual owner of this business instead, but I’ll just have to see how far I get.
