I have seen several small-town pizza parlors that serve great pizza close their doors due to a loss of local support. Having too many random items on the menu causes chaos in the kitchen, disrupts the smooth workflow, and overwhelms employees, making it difficult to keep up with call-in orders. Consequently, you have disgruntled country bumpkins spreading hate about The PIZZA House because their stupid fish sandwich wasn’t served in a timely manner.

Great food reminds me of the one in Hazard but doesn’t have the lettuce that goes on the sub sandwich like the one in hazard ky..I love their lettuce much better then the kind they use. But still a great place to eat.

This was my first experience here, I paid almost 19 dollars for a large supreme pizza and it was quite terrible. We also ordered a small veggie pizza, it too was quite terrible. Hardly any toppings and just poorly done. The wings were priced well but not much to go on about.. we did get chicken strips and they were the best I’ve ever had…but..they tasted as though they were cooked in the same oil as fish..I have no complaints on that but the others did. Just not a good experience at all. Not sure I will take the time to try it again.

When calling to place an order, it takes forever for anyone to answer. My wife alled this evening & placed an order for 2 of their specials for our kids & 2 sandwiches and breaded mushrooms. We went to pick up the order only to find out we were missing the cheese sticks and one of the sandwiches. Needless to say she told me that it would take another 15-20 mins to get it made. I don’t think I should have been charged full price for the part of the order she messed up on.
