I live in Hartford, and anytime around the west Springfield area. I make sure I stop by this place. Every time I have stopped in, I’ve had a pleasant experience. The employees are nice and friendly. The store is clean and feels well put together. I wish we had a Pizza Hut in the Hartford area. If they had a place like this, it would make a killing.

Food was okay for fast service casual, the employee at the cash register was very kind and apologized for not bringing out food as requested. She was clearly overworked. They appear to be short staffed there as she was doing everything by herself in the front of store, not only for carry out folks but also for dine in customers.

This place used to be hit or miss lately its been pretty good. If you like boneless wings here are totally over rated. If you like the cheese bread sticks they’re always over cooked. The pan pizzas are great. The stuffed crust isn’t what it’s used to be imo. All and all decent grub par for the course when it comes to fast food and pizza chains now a days.

Pizza Hut is a Sentimental place for me because my father used to bring my siblings and I hear when we were younger . My favorite is a regular pan cheese pizza nice thick crust not greasy at all perfect sauce crust cheese ratio. This is my all-time favorite chain pizza restaurant. I called up a got a nice guy named Luther on the phone he told me my teacher would be ready in about 15 minutes or less and I got here it was ready to customer service was stellar and the new facility that they just built is very modern and impressive is always comfortable. They have three large flat panel TVs on the wall everything is very clean and modern overall I highly recommend Pizza Hut especially this location on Riverdale Road in west Springfield Massachusetts. Customer service is a very big deal to me and Luther who I can only assume is the manager was phenomenal.!

Food is always good. Especially if you get the Dinner Box. You get 1 medium sized, 1 topping pizza with a side of breadsticks and a side of cinnamon sticks all for $10. Well worth the price and very filling. Restaurant is clean. The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because we waiting 40 minutes for our food to come to the table. Turns out they boxed everything as if it was a take out order and they were waiting for us to pick it up. Regardless, it was still warm and good. Recommended.

This store is disgusting. I don’t know what the manager is doing or NOT doing there, but no one I know will be going here again. The staff is extremely rude, especially the guy this the dreads. Food was disgusting, and we were all sick from eating. The sanitary conditions deserve a visit from the BOARD OF HEALTH!

I love to go out every 2 weeks. Just pick a place based on what I feel like and order food. Since I am a caregiver, my orders tend to be big. With that being said, I would expect that the food is somewhat labeled with what’s inside so that I don’t have to open the food and look at it. I placed an order with several different pizzas and some dinner boxes that were not labeled. I would like to see the restaurants labeling food so that you don’t have to open and look what’s inside. Most of my clients tend to be picky about looking at their food, and with all the illnesses going around, this should be a new and good practice among mostly pizza places. Other than that, the food was fresh and tasty. Everyone was happy with their food. The overall service was good.

Could have been better. The crust was so thick there was hardly any pizza . About a inch or a inch and a half and it was cold because they messed up on one pizza and had to remake it so by the time we got it and home everything was cold.
