Husband ordered a lg pepperoni pizza and this is what I got when I picked up. It’s ham and the cheese is only on one half . Tried calling back and kept getting put on hold. I guess it doesn’t matter what you order they are just going to give you whatever they decide.

Pretty terrible service here. I was ordered some pasta and a supreme stuffed crust for some people at work and after getting it back to the building we found it was just a basic pepperoni pizza. I tried to call the store to see if they wanted me to bring it back so no one touched it just in case and after 20 mins on hold i gave up waiting and brought it all back. It was now well past the end of our lunch so I told the kid I just wanted my money back and he started trying to argue that “the pasta was right though” which may have been true 40 mins ago but now it was cold and no one could eat it so it wasnt going to be accepted. After muttering the same line a few more times he gave in and gave my money back. Just for reference, both times i was there the place was empty, only one old woman placing an order for later besides myself and i can see why.

It’s so sad that this is the closest pizza hut. I have given it so many chances, but it’s always wrong. Today, I ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni cut in a square. I got home and found two cheese pizzas. The chicken bbq is super dry without bbq sauce. I know they can be busy, but it will be nice if they pay more attention and double-check before they give the order. I called and they said if I want a delivery I have to pay. It is your mistake, it shouldn’t be like that and if I want a refund I have to call tomorrow. So disappointed!

I ordered bread sticks and a veggie lovers original pan pizza. Both were severely underbaked. The pizza crust was still white and tasted like dough in some parts. It was clear that either the oven temp was off or it did not spend enough time in the oven. There was a general lack of care and effort put into making this order and it makes me want to think twice about ordering from pizza hut

I called three times to ask about my order because it was over an hour late. The employee named Diego hung up on me every time I called. After calling 5 times I finally spoke to someone other than Diego and she claimed the order was on the way but it was NEVER delivered. They’re inconsiderate, inconceivably rude and have terrible customer service. I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Do better.

Ordered 2 pizzas and stuffed garlic knots. One was a pepperoni with buttery garlic crust stuffed with cheese and extra sauce. The other was a meat lovers with buttery garlic crust. Both of the pizzas were dry due to very little to no sauce on them and the crust on both of them had no buttery garlic seasoning on them. I guess that’s what $45 dollars gets you!!! Never again will I eat at any Pizza Hut!!!

Really unimpressed. Ordered a pickup for a set future time but when we arrived to collect we waited over 20min. When we got the pies home, all three were undercooked. Bread sticks were great but otherwise, really subpar, limp, undercooked pizzas. Very disappointing – we won’t be ordering again.

We order med roni pizza light sauce. Mozzarella sticks and Cinnabon mining small fries. Pizza was not light sauce more heavy sauce then anything. The dining room was dirty floors sticky just disgusting. The workers seemed like they didn’t care. The only thing good from the whole meal was the fried n Cinnabon. I believe yhe manager was siting in dining room n heard everything I said but still didn’t bother fixing anything didn’t send them to clean tables or the floors nothing. The food part w.e but Def won’t b returning or getting delivery

Giving them 1 star cause I couldn’t give them a 0. Service so bad. They had no soda ok they had lemonade. Afer we sit we ask for utensils OMG….. no plate…. no cups. Can I speak to the manager n he answer so proud I am the manager. Really wow how do u want us to eat our pasta. Spend over $50. Don’t recommend it. Spend your money in a better place… This was on Haverhill St Methuen
