i loved pizza hut pizza. ordered online and got estimated time of half an hour. well over hour later nothing i call the number asked whats going on and i get put on hold for over 20 minutes. decided not gonna take order gonna cancel it, i call back and they ask for info and put me on hold again only to get a call center. i called the store’s number multiple times to try and tell them kept getting call center then put on hold. had enough never again

I wish I could give them a higher rating because I love pizza hut. Unfortunately this location needs to improve. The pizza is not fully cut, and not always precise. These poor cinnamon rolls.

Horrible service as others have mentioned. Placed an online order and its estimated delivery said in 30 mins. More than an hour goes by and I placed a call and no response other than the call center that redirects you to the store and they never pick up the phone. Had to go in person to see what was the issue for me to be told “we don’t deliver until after 5PM.” Why does the system allows customers to place online delivery orders prior to this time if that’s the case? Bring your money somewhere else, not worth the trouble here.

If I could give negative 1 stars,I would click that multiple times! I Called Pizza Hut to put in an order for delivery around 8:55pm. After trying to take my credit card number for the third time,I told the guy on the phone that I would pay cash and he told me my order total and said it would be 30mins. Waited and waited until it was 10:05pm and still no food. Called their store and chose the option to check on the status of your order and THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT CALLING ME and I’m over here waiting hungry. I call them to speak to someone and the call center guy Albert directed me to the store and I was on hold for over 15+ minutes. Dropped the call and called again and Albert directed me again to the store and currently still on hold(time is 10:21pm) and they close at 10:45pm so doesn’t look like someone is going to pick up! I shall be taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM cos clearly they don’t care about customer service or actually doing their work well. Cancelling someone’s order and not informing them at all is just mean!
