I called to express my concern for the fact that my pizza had puddles of oil on it. And was told it’s because of the type of pizza I ordered.the manager then told me she doesn’t know what I want her to do for me right now because that’s what I ordered. As someone who regularly orders Pizza Hut this entire experience was beyond disappointing. I didn’t want my money back tbh I just wanted pizza without a side of cardiac arrest. Nevertheless here’s to the money wasted on a pizza I wouldn’t even feed to a stray.

Although the pizza and wings are good, I’m rating a 2 start for customer service. When we got there we found out they gave out our order to someone else which fine accidents happen. However, no one apologized or offered anything to make it right since we did have to wait there longer. Not mad about the order being given away, workers just showed no remorse.

The Pizza Hut restaurant locations near me had all but closed up more than a decade ago. This meant being stuck with the Pizza Hut Express locations (Targets everywhere these days). Yesterday I decided to make a trip of it and went down to the Pawtucket, RI location for an old fashioned Stuffed Crust pizza. Man, was it just like the pizza I remember from my younger days! The nostalgia came flooding in as I was glad to see the taste remained in tact for all these years I’d been away. Still a winner if you ask me!

Entered building to pick up order. No one was around. Kept yelling, “hello” no response. Had to practically go in back to find someone to wait on me. I had ordered a small pizza to share with friend. They handed me a personal pizza and said they don’t have small pizzas after 4. THEY SHOULD TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU ORDER!!!! I would never have ordered this, had to go somewhere else so we could both eat.

I got the dinner box and we definitely ate all of it…. it’s nothing special but it’s not terrible…. The pizza was really soft and mushy… Breadsticks were good but the chicken wings were not.

Cleanest Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I’ve been to many Pizza Huts and they were definitely one time purchases due to poor customer service, cleanliness, and inability to make a good pizza, but this one is completely different. I’ll definitely be coming back. Ariana is very courteous and charismatic. The pizza came out amazing. Thank you!
