On 8/25/23 Took 1.5 hours for a cheese pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks… Called the store told them I’ve been waiting an hour and the app saying the driver left 20 mins ago to be told they’ll be there any minute. For it to be 30 minutes later that they finally arrived. I turned it away as I wasn’t going to pay for cold food that took 1.5 hours. No apologies from anyone, whoever the lady was answering the phone was rude and couldn’t careless. Can’t see myself ordering from there after this. Sad.

Tina was the cherry on top. Food was hot and accurate. Tina was pleasant and welcoming. I wish this location was closer to me because I would become a regular just to see her. Plus I love pizza hut.

I was very disappointed In my service, I couldn’t order online it was not taking my order and when I called in order my card didn’t work there either. When I use it all the time . Then my order was supposed to be delivered at 4 pm and it wasn’t delivered until 4:20 pm. I called and the associate knew that the drivers were going to be late delivering yet didn’t offer anything to rectify it. I didn’t $46 on Saturday 04/22.

Corporate needs to get their act together. The service and people on the bottom working the actual stores are fine, but corporate seriously needs to get their act together. This place always hangs up on customers on purpose..! It’s like they don’t care about making money or their customers..! Every time I call I end up segueing with someone because they will literally hang up on you or they’re yelling at you for wanting to order pizza!! Like why is this business so toxic
