Horrible service, the doors were locked at 130 pm on a Sunday. The girl can running to the door stating she was sorry someone must of locked them. We sat our selves , and had to then go to the counter to order. We were asked to pay before we even got our food. They charged us twice for our order( we found this out later that evening) when our food came out it was in boxes( like you’d get with delivery) we had to ask for plates to eat our food and our drinks. One good thing the food was really good. When I called about being charge two times for our order the women stated , sometimes that happens. And someone pushed a wrong button. You should get your money back Monday maybe Tuesday…

We’ve ordered from here in the past for our team events at the nearby Ramada but this was my first trip to the shop. The order process by phone was a snap with a pleasant young lady. When I showed up at the pickup window 20 minutes later the pizzas were all set. Also purchased several bottles of soda and the nice service person provided plastic cups and paper plates, much appreciated. Everyone enjoyed the pizza!

Worst service I’ve ever seen with any company. About 6 months ago I placed an order and got lead on for 4 hours promising that my food would be at my house which never showed up. I got a refund and didn’t go back again for awhile. Just placed an order again and samething as happened here it is 3 hours later and still no food. How does a company take money then not deliver what you order it’s crazy to think this place is still in business.

Terrible. So my order went through a call center. Not the store itself. So no answers to questions about menu. The lady taking the order spoke no english. So I get to pizza hut to pick up my order the order is wrong. And to top it off, all business is done through the drive through. With traffic backed up into the main road, I was on my lunch break and could not wait another 25 minutes for the right pizza.

Big New Yorker pizza was a bust! Asked for extra sauce, and there was barely any sauce on the pizza. The crust was so thin that it literally snapped like you were eating a hard cookie near the outer crust. Not pleased at all. I’ve had these in the past. Not worth the money this time.

Very discouraged with this Pizza Hut. Just waited 10 minutes to place an order and nobody picked up the phone. Went to the restaurant and the doors were locked. So we left and went to Sam’s. This has happened more than once. If they don’t want business, they should just close.

Ordered Delivery, Guess they no longer use thier own delivery drivers but DoorDash (which for personal reasons I prefer not to use also) and they get sent with no “Heat./Warmer holder.. nothing but a bare boxes that cools down while being delivered and as in my case covered with rain water as well.

Ordered 2 Med pizzas for delivery from Pizza Hut , came to $42 when delivered, of course you want to leave a tip…all we had was $60…OF COURSE THEY DON’T HAVE CHANGE FO $60…that’s over a 40% tip for a 3mi trip if I am correct !!! That is Scamming People REALY PIZZA HUT

Exploring Maine With the Birt’s
Highly discourage using this store they risked peoples lives refusing to open the front door when traffic was well into the roadway on a snowy and rainy night. With multiple folks willing to walk in to get there order to avoid the risk. When we tried to talk to staff they slammed the window in our face. Unfortunate because they used to be half way decent.
