Why am I giving pizza hut five stars? Maybe it was simply the nostalgia factor: the retro hut shaped building, the existence of the mythical salad bar, the ability to still dine in? Probably. Yet the pizza was good, surprisingly good. It almost tasted like it did back in the day. Not quite, but better than any other chain pizza I’ve had in a long time. It’s not NY pizza, but it’s a slice of my childhood. A tasty one at that.

The food was good, the waitress Nicole was nice at the start. We ordered the stuffed crust pizza that was special with 1 topping. We said we would like the special with extra pep and extra cheese. She replied it would cost more. I said that’s fine, thinking she meant we had to pay for the extra cheese and extra pep. When we got the bill, she charged us full price for the pizza. I went to the register and explained I felt miss lead. The gentleman got our waitress. She said I told you it would be more, I can’t give you the special with extras.” I explained I felt it was miss leading and didn’t appreciate it. She then took the receipt and went to the gentleman who was finishing up someone’s cinnamon rolls

Whomever owns this particular location needs to step up and renovate their store in some manner or another. They’re grossly outdated to the point that even with elbow grease, it’s impossible to ever get properly clean. It’s years of old grime on outdated material that holds onto and breeds germs. Honestly, the restroom alone was horribly unsanitary. I ended up not even using it. They were so slammed with pickup and delivery orders that there was only one girl running the lobby (she was great though. Very polite and attentive). I also noticed that the salad mix on the salad bar had severely oxidized. I don’t blame the staff at all, they’re doing the best they can with what they have, but this place seriously needs looked at and something needs to be done because when things are so dirty you CAN’T get them clean, then it shouldn’t be open for public dining. Again, staff was great but the store needs some serious TLC.

The pizza is always warm and cooked perfectly. I order the same thing each time I go, extra cheese with stuffed crust, the way it’s made is consistent every time. I’ve never ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut I have not loved and enjoyed. Pizza Hut is my #1 go to for pizza!

For a mass produced food chain, the food is good. The vegitables seem fresh and the display seems well balanced and not off to one side. The staff were competent and courteous. Well done staff, anyone can make a pizza, but it is the staff behind the product which makes a person want to go back.

The bread sticks are ok, but not like they use to be. The pizza is ok, but again not like it use to be. No wonder why there’s not many PHs around anymore! The dipping marina is AWFUL it has no taste it made the breadsticks worse! I usually always order Dominoes when I travel and I thought I’d give Pizza hut a try because I hadn’t in years. Never Again!

No problems eating at this time at Pizza Hut, food was good as well as the service. The place was clean and everything seem to be in good repair and not worn out. I was impressed with seeing a TV with a football game playing.

Was pretty good all around, pasta was a bit over done and I definitely wouldn’t call it for two I guess if u throw in the bread but I ate it all pretty easily and I only weigh 119 Lbs…

I’m torn. The pizza was actually good for a chain pizzeria. Still warm when we gor it home, slices evey cut, toppings evenly spaced. But… at $15 for a medium, that works out to nearly $2 a slice. And this just wasn’t a $2/ slice pie. Unless they offer specials or coupons I don’t think we’ll bother again.
