would give 0 if i could. love the company’s recipes, delicious food. my order was taking over 80 minutes and i called to see what’s up and i got a sassy teenager saying they don’t like when people pay with cash so i just cancelled my order and got some dominos. every time that i’ve gone in person, I’ve been greeted with the most arrogant and ignorant teenagers/young adults I’ve ever met in my life, it’s almost like they hire the wrong people on purpose. embarrassing. and by the reviews on this page, I have no idea how they haven’t been taken down or something.

Went to pick up my order at 5:45 which was the time I requested online when order was placed. The employee said she could not find it so I got out my phone to show her and she said to me not to get nasty!!! She was the one you could not find the order my order came out about 15 late so I think they quickly made it. I will say it was busy with takeouts but no I’m sorry from anyone

If I could rate a 0 I would. I place an order at 2:50. It says it will be a half hour I live a mile from the store. No problem. 3:50 comes around I assume they are busy so I am patient. 4:25 and being the nice guy I am I call so if they are too busy I can switch to pick up to make it easier. The guy answers as soon as I say I want to check on my order they hang up on me. I call back and they answer again I say I need to cancel my order. They put me on hold for 30 minutes. I can’t cancel or change my order. I checked my bank and they took my money. I can’t even cancel and I never got my food after 3 hours. They will rob you of your money. It’s not right and I can’t believe they treat people like this. To top it all off I called from a different number and they picked up right away. I said I wanted to place an order and they immediately ask what you want and for your card. They know they can’t fulfill the order yet they take your money anyway. It is actual theft.

One of our pizzas wasn’t correct yet again. Seems like every time we order a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, green peppers and onions we never get the green peppers and onions only the pepperoni. This is the second time. It states on all of our orders that we wanted the thin crust pizza with what’s above. But Everything else was okay I suppose.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a Pizza Hut in Rockland, Maine that still had the restaurant open! It felt nostalgic, reminiscent of the good old days. Spending time there brought back fond memories. It’s a great spot to satisfy your pizza cravings and experience a blast from the past. Highly recommended for a trip down memory lane with some delicious pizza!

I will NEVER order from this pizza hut again!!!!!!!!! Incompetent employees, horrible customer service and messed up my order on 2/19/23 when I ordered 2 orders of apple pies that I never received. Had to call that night and was told that I would have to call back tomorrow because no one could take care of refunding my money. Call the next day and was told I would have a credit at the store to use. So today 2/23/23 I call to use my credit. I ordered my order and only got a $6 credit….last time I checked 2 orders of apple pies is more than that. I ordered Alfredo and was given chicken Alfredo and no silverware. They knew I was staying at a hotel….you think the logical thing to do would be to include silverware….but NO. I called them back to give them a chance to correct their error…and I was hung up on…so i had to call back and spend more time on hold listening to their god awful advertisement about pizza hut that is on a continuous loop … this time I did get Alfredo like I originally ordered…however there was no cover on the pasta like their is suppose to be. Needless to say I didn’t eat that and it went directly into the trash. Zero Stars! Apparently zero isn’t an option? So unfortunately they get 1 star…..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE ORDER FROM ANOTHER PIZZA ESTABLISHMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They had me waiting for over half an hour just to tell me my order was not ready. When an order is too complicated (stuffed crust pizza) they just go with easier ones and kept pushing my back they were also complaining while cooking back there that they didn’t get pay well enough for the amount of orders they had. Will never come back there I only did it this time because my kid love the stuffed crust from pizza hut but won’t take him there ever again

Pizza not cooked. Waited over 30 minutes after we were finished eating for a check and boxes. Had to go ask for them. Waitress never checked back after delivering the food. Watched more than one couple walk out because the waitress never even greeted them or got a drink order. It was not busy either. Won’t be going back.

I made 2 separate orders online last night. One address received both orders..I call pizza hut to rectify the situation. I called l 7 times and was put in hold each time…I called again and was hung up on..you owe me $65 for 2 pizzas and cinnamon rolls..I paid delivery fee and tipped the driver %20 for each separate orders.but yet the delivery orders got messed up on your end..how did the driver not realize this? Why won’t you answer the phones and treat me like a valued customer
