We stopped at Pizza Hut here in the way to Acadia. The service was excellent. The food was great. Restrooms were clean. Really liked the salad bar. Overall very nice and well maintained place. We ordered some wings, chicken Alfredo and cheesy garlic bread. Overall enjoyed the food and the place. My daughter also played game and got a stuffy.

Pulled in at 5:00pm on Sunday and was told that there were no servers to attend the customers. But we could order and call us up when it was ready for US to pickup and seat ourselves. The manager???, was very inappropriately dressed to be telling people this info. Time to fix that place or close it.When we go out for supper, I don’t expect to have to wait on ourselves. We promptly walked out, and will not be going back till there is a proven marked improvement in the facility.

We have visited this particular location two different times, several weeks apart and both times we’ve had items from our order missing upon pickup. The first time we had to drive back to pick up the item the employees failed to add to our order. The most recent time I checked everything before leaving only to realize that 2 items from our order was missing. We had to wait for them to “remake” said item’s because according to the employee, she made them but has no idea where they went. Our other items were cold and mushy by the time we got them back home. The employee was friendly both times but that doesn’t make up for the lack of quality control and bad service. I think it’s safe to say that I can go to the nearby grocery store, purchase a couple of frozen pizzas and bread sticks, save money and have a much tastier pizza experience than what we’ve had with this Pizza Hut location. I don’t recommend at all.

This location is open until 10:00pm when I. At 7:30pm there were about 4 tables of customers. The waitress informed my party of 2 that she stopped waiting tables at 7pm because she would not have enough time to do her other duties before the left. This is very poor business on your part Newport Pizza Hut and you just permanently lost two customers.

3rd and final time ordering from them and it being wrong. We have been ordering atleast once a week for almost two years and now the last three times has been 3 hours from start to delivery and the food you can tell sat in the warmer for most of it cause it was pretty much rubber so nope never again.

Food was decent, took 5 minutes to get a seat when there were no other dine in customers. After we ate we waited 25 minutes and no one came over with the check so we decided to leave our leftovers there and go to the front so we could request our bill that clearly was not coming. I have never had to go ask for my bill at a restaurant before. At this time there was 1 guy dining alone and another family of 4 so no reason for us to have to wait that long and leave our leftovers. 2 stars not 0 because the food was actually decent this time when usually its laughable.

I think this Pizza Hut is great. I love the drive thru!! The employees are always friendly. I got the Italian Meaty Pasta Bake with Cheese Breadsticks and it was sooooo good. The pepperoni were crispy on the edges and so yummy.
