An employee added their own tip. My credit card company investigated & pizza hut gave back the $55. The next time I ordered online requesting extra sauce & they didn’t give me any sauce. The cheese didn’t cover the whole pizza. It was done in retaliation. There is no way the pizza was that bad by mistake.

WARNING!!! Don’t waste your money or your time. This restaurant sends out cold undercooked doughy uncut inedible pizza. Good news is GrubHub gave me a refund. Most disappointing part is this franchise has such a low standard, has multiple low rating reviews yet no improvement. Therefore the best way to change the narrative is don’t give them your money and let it close.

Just ordered from this Pizza Hut in Jersey City on Door Dash because my daughter asked for pizza. The pizza was so hard and dry, basically inedible and they forgot to give the delivery person my wings. A waste of time and money. Won’t order delivery from here ever again. I have picked up food from this location in person and did have a slightly better experience.

Don’t waste your money ordering food from here…I ordered cheese crust pizza and i pay extra for that but they gave Regular one…and the crust was hard and dry. I don’t want to waste food but ended up throwing half of it.

Ordered take out. Had requested for curb side pick up. Upon waiting for over 10 mins of getting there, I just went in to get the pizza. Got home and realized that they got our toppings wrong. The dough was lacking salt.. I called back and they were kind enough to give a $10 credit.

Its a great place to hang out with your friends. Spacious parking, but inside looks like it can only fit between 50-100 people. Food arrived fast and customer service was great. At the time that I was there people were chilling and having a good time, to the point that they were doing their work.
