Would give ZERO stars if I could. Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE!!! We went to pick up the pizza and the staff was overall very rude and dismissive. I come home just to find that the pizza was SEVERELY UNDERCOOKED!!! Every single slice is undercooked dough with raw cheese and each slice just falls apart. Will NEVER order again!!! We contacted support as well and we were just put on hold and no one picked up the phone for over 30 min. Extremely disappointed in the service we received and we will take our money elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a cheesesteak melt and boneless wings. My bf ordered pepperoni pizza. The food came in like 15-20 min, yet my food was somehow room temperature. Also gross that it was clearly sitting out and not made to order. The cheesesteak melt was a huge disappointment. There was barely any steak, and it just didn’t taste good. The wings weren’t great either. Never liked Pizza Hut and only ordered because my bf does for some reason, but I wouldn’t ever go to him for food recommendations lol. Anyway, never ordering from here again.

I can’t believe I’m writing a bad review for pizza. Good thing it was the staff and not the actual pizza itself. After a online order app issue I placed 2 orders that they argued they hadn’t received and I wasn’t informed of cancellation not by app or phone. I called both times to confirm and they couldn’t find an order from me today, couldn’t assist me with placing a phone order, continuously suggested I come in, however that’s not what I had planned, they put me on speakerphone asking for my information so I guess the other workers could hear? Rude. Not a single person I spoke to handled the issue professionally or courteous. It’s sad to say I order from here very often. Don’t order Tuesday nights ✍️ this is in regards to the staff today 4/25/23 the employees involved refused to give me their names when I asked ♀️
