We have loved this Pizza Hut in the past but last two times we ordered were terribly disappointed and this time I’m done. I recieved RAW PIZZA! Read the story… so I track my order online from time I ordered to time it I ordered until it left the store was about 14 minutes which never happens. I said ah maybe they had a lull so they get it out fast. Still didn’t seem like enough time to cook. Well I continue waiting… Thirty extra minutes from the time they say it’s leaving shop til it gets to me. I’m less than a mile away. Okay perhaps a few orders had to be delivered. Open the box and the pizza is raw! Two pizzas, same thing. One was a large, one was a medium, both raw, medium worse than large. I had to throw both pies I ordered in the oven again just to be able to eat them. An hour waiting for pizza and the dough wasn’t cooked. Had to heat my oven and leave it in for nearly ten minutes for it to be cooked all the way through. Disgusting. I took a photo. It may be hard to see. My husband and son even noticed the pizza was not right after one bite. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

I ordered through UberEats and the driver didn’t take my wings. The manager had his driver come bring it to me even though i was outside of their delivery range. We were super grateful since we had a house full of kids waiting for wings. Thank you guys. We appreciate it. Keep up the amazing work!!!
