The employee was very nice at the store, However the pizza was not cooked at all. Pizza here used to be good and now it’s just terrible. Also When you order it goes to a call center. Nobody speaks english and they hang up on you ten times. Their call center is horrible.

Disappointing experience. Was ignored upon entry and stood there waiting to be addressed for about five minutes while two employees made food in the back. Other customers were sitting there looking frustrated also. Left out of the restaurant (I actually had curbside delivery but entered the restaurant because the spots for curbside were both occupied) and used the app to try to get my food to no avail. After about 15 minutes went back inside the restaurant and eventually got my food. Only gave more than one star given the food was fine, of course. Just terrible systems and customer service.

I order frequently from the Haddonfield Road location. I normally order online and my order is always ready when I arrive to pick it up. The pizza is always hot and delicious. I have never had any problems with an order. The staff is always professional and friendly, and the store is clean. Pizza Hut is my first choice when it comes to pizza.

I placed my order on the APP, the deadline for it to be ready was 20 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn’t ready, I was told to wait another 5 minutes. When I returned to pick up my order, they had only made one pizza, but supposedly there were two. Again, I was asked to wait a few minutes to make the pizza. Total hold? more than 1 hour. This was absolutely ridiculous. The taste? Was terrible!!!

The order was not right they forgot my chicken. We had to wait another 30 minutes. A whole hour total. For our trouble, they gave my husband a 16-ounce soda. They could have at least given us some more bread sticks.Will never go there again. I walked out 6 months ago because they were unorganized. They will never get my money again.

I’m from Connecticut & I don’t think we have anymore pizza hut’s around. I’ve searched everywhere anyways I was in town for sneakercon, saw a pizza hut & I don’t regret all the yummy food I ate the service was awesome, there was a young woman there I forgot her name but she was super nice! I definitely would come back!

Wth is going on? Ordered from here at 8:57pm 1/12/21 they never delivered the order but charged my card. I tried to call and nobody answered, then they were closed. I had to wait until 11am the next day to call in which they didn’t answer again. Then I got a hold of someone that’s obviously in a call center somewhere that tried to take my order instead of listening to the issue. He then said he’d transfer me to the store manager which is a busy signal. Called again and got hung up on. I want my money back and I swear I will never buy from Pizza Hut ever again after this experience.

Decided to try pizza hut, when i usually opt for local because my bf said he had their deep dish recently and it was good. Had issues ordering on the app, so i opted to call. Had a very hard time understanding the person who took my order and he had a hard time u derata ding me. I picked up in 20 mins. I should have checked before i left the store but didnt. When i got home i had a handtossed pie, not what either of us expected or wanted.

Terrible! Relieved wrong order. Was promised the right order would be sent out, then never received. Waited 2 hours to find out, by me calling, not them, that my order would not be coming. Tried to eat the wrong pizza we got but it was thin crust. Tasted like cardboard! Didn’t even finish one slice each. I had to cook my family a dinner which is why I ordered pizza, so as not to have to cook. Horrible experience. Was told a manager would call me today but nothing so far!
