Order was wrong, no way to call the store, you get somebody (probably in Asia) who puts you on hold again. Every time you call, you get the call center, who puts you on hold. I was on hold, collectively, for an hour. Only way to get it fixed is go to the store and throw a brick through the window. Maybe the manager will be standing in front of it, kind of a bonus…

So frustrating that with delivery fees, service fees and prepaid gratuity doubling the price of an order that it still arrives incorrect more often than not. Meal was great, Pizza Hut does have a consistent unique flavor that keeps people coming back though.

Short staff, if you really want pizza hut order for pickup. When you call you don’t get a staff member from this location you get an order taker that only takes orders. If have any type if issues with your order or any other questions that person will transfer you to somewhere else. You sit on hold for 30 minutes or more. So if they forget something on your order you’re better off driving there.

Ordered food and paid online at 830pm with delivery time of 25-35 minutes. 2 hours later still no food, called the store and was left on hold for 15 minutes. Decided to drive down and store was closed and everyone went home. Happy to take my money though. Better off going to Gus’s or Pat’s, better quality than their cheap ingredients and you might actually get your order.

Ordered over an hour ago and call to see where my delivery is of course to no avail. They put me on hold for over 12 minutes. I am currently on hold at the moment.
