Pizza hut has to be the worst I placed an order for 3 items. The store canceled my large pie and didn’t even call me to tell me that they were canceling the pie. Instead the rocket scientist working there decided to proceed to send me the remaining order as is. How does an establishment fall so far from customer service. Unfortunately I hate domino’s but guess what in all my years ordering from them they always get it right. Sorry pizza hut you lost a repeat customer for life, I will order from anywhere else except here. By the way the pizza hut I’m talking about is in Atlantic City on Atlantic Ave. Never again!!!

The food was good. The store called me because they didn’t have the soda I ordered and asked if I wanted another kind, I appreciated that! I gave 4 stars because I feel like the food boxes should have been sealed up since it was a delivery but they weren’t. 🙁

Food is ok but typically great at other locations. but employees are absolutely awful. They are rude and no help whatsoever. Very trashy building with trashy people who obviously don’t care about anything. You have better chance going to EHT. Their staff is amazing in EHT.

I ordered 3 large pepperoni pizzas. When the delivery guy came to my door he said “sorry bruh we ain’t get ur pizzas here’s some breadsticks” he proceeded to throw them in my face and they fell all over the ground. THEN the delivery guy said “don’t forget your sauce” and dumped two containers of sauce all over me after all this has occurred i noticed that he had been recording the entire time and a month later I found myself a viral sensation on TikTok being ridiculed and laughed at by MILLIONS. This ruined not only my day but my month, my year, and my life. I never Even got my garlic sauce.

My grandmother is an 87-year-old lady who placed a in-store order which was completely messed up after waiting almost an hour and 25 minutes her order was given to her after she kept being put on hold for other orders the pizza was undercooked it was very bland and by the time she got home and noticed the pizzas were not the correct order we ordered a big box with a cheese pizza and A pepperoni with barbecue wings and when she got home the wings had no sauce on them they were hard to the point you couldn’t even chew them both the pizzas were undercooked and they were not one cheese and one pepperoni they both had what looked to be like ground sausage or pepper or ground beef on it which is unacceptable call back and we saw they’re busy had to call back he called him back and nothing ever happened is that I told him to call me back and he never did I want to try to attempt to call them again but I’ll probably be told that it was too long of a wait or that it’s my fault Which is very unprofessional I reached out to Corporate and still never heard nothing back it’s been four days My family jozelle had issues with the pizza shop in the past and Seth is supposed to be the manager who is supposed to help us but never seems available

Hands down the worst Pizza Hut, if not the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Don’t know where to start, but the highlights include an entire pizza missing from a delivery order, worst customer experience that wasted over an hour of my time with no resolution in the end, extremely rude manager who pretty much accused me of lying saying it’s her word against mine. Stay away from this Pizza Hut unless you want your day ruined.

First time using this particualar PH. The food was some of the best I’ve had at a chain pizza place; fresh and hot upon delivery. I only took away a star because I didn’t receive all of my items. However, after calling the place, they sent my missing items right out and were very pleasant about it.
