Wow… cheese sticks are just a block of cheese and I call the place just for the manger to call me a “spik” and hangup on me….. pizzas never cooked all the way and they never answer the phone. I got two free pizzas from corporate and I will not be using them here. DONT GO HERE!!!!

How does this place even stay in business? They put you on hold, mid sentence while placing an order, without even saying anything. The girl sounded sounded completely high on something and barely able to comprehend my simple order. The lack of competent is astounding. I had to call 4 times just to get her to complete the order. Just ridiculous. Very disappointed.

The store manager turned my poor experience into a positive one. I purchased cheese sticks and the order was to my liking. I called and I was placed on hold for 25 minutes. Finally, I drove to the Ewing location and spoke with the manager. Not only did he apologize, he personally remade my order. Great Job!

The food is good the service is mediocre. I enjoy Pizza Hut’s pizza but it seems they hire mediocre, at best, employees. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When you enter the restaurant the employees, eventually, walk to the front counter to see who has the audacity to disturb them. Take your order as if it’s a inconvenience and it must be corrected multiple times. Eventually you will get your food. No wonder there’s a Little Ceasars across the street. Pizza Hut’s subpar customer service are no competition.

Every time I go in here I stand at the counter for like 10 minutes waiting for service. Every employee has headphones in.. Everyone is rude and acting like they don’t want to be there. Which makes sense. But still. Worse Pizza Hut ever.

Pizza Hut in Ewing is the absolute worst – second time I paid extra for upgrades like extra cheese or cheese breadsticks and didn’t get any of it. When you try to call nobody ever answers the phone. I will never order from there again…delivery driver couldn’t find our apartment even with me on the phone telling him exactly where to go. Awful business – awful experience!
