This is the second time they have forgotten to include the soda to my delivery order from their app. They used doordash to deliver the order. When the dasher arrived, I asked about the missing soda. The dasher showed me the door dash receipt entered by the store which did not include the soda. I called the store and they offered a credit. I asked if they could just deliver it since this is the second time and I never got the credit they offered the first time. He said they can’t deliver it. I went to the store to retrieve my 2 Liter I paid for. I also asked if i could get the 4 pack of 20oz they still owed me and they said no. The Pizza Hut representative then told me an OUTRIGHT LIE and accused the doordasher of stealing the soda two times in a row. I have driven for doordash myself, and I know that the drivers can be kicked off of the platform for falsely reported stolen items. This representative at your store lied and possibly jeopardized someone else’s job because he was to incompetent to remember to add soda to an order. Let’s also not forget that on their app which I ordered from, there is a $5.99 delivery fee and I added a $5.00 tip for the driver for a delivery in which I had to end up getting dressed, loading my kids into their car seats and going to the store myself, only to be lied to and still not made whole on what the store owes me. If I were to show up, stick my hands in the register and take only exactly what they owe me, I’m sure they’d have a problem with it and report theft to the police. So how is it ok for them to steal from their customers?

You cannot be serious? Call the store and ask the manager about using coupons. He will tell you Pizza Hut does not care about him (He claims is the franchisee) He is a Horror show. He will tell you that you will get 4 pepperonis on a pizza if you use a coupon. Serious what a disgrace. Complain and he will Ban you. Can I give this one Zero stars?

Not the place to go out and eat. Ever since bought by different people menu became way smaller, and they don’t give you cups or plate anymore it’s paper plates and bottles like a regular pizzaria.. also none of the TV’s were on. Just very sad downgrade from what it used to be. Pizza wasn’t even good. It was an awful experience. Never getting food from there again. Would give zero stars

This pizza hut is extraordinary. The food is fresh and looks like it does on the TV commercials. The Wing Street wings are crispy and consistent. Even though there are a tin of pizza options in New York, that every once and awhile…no one out pizzas the Hut

Place has gone downhill since the new owners took over. First of all they shut down TCBY because the new owners seem to be cheap on everything here. No free water they only have bottled water now which you have to pay 2.39 for and they only had 1 bottle left, the pizzas have gotten smaller in size as well as the menus. Not worth it.

Phoned an order in. Traveled 20 minutes to store. Young person told me they did not receive order. He was the one I had spoken to. Unacceptable. Had to wait while they just started to prepare order.

They do not ever seem to be open and the last time we went in there to eat it was completely empty and the employee seemed mad that we wanted to be there. It doesnt even feel like a restaurant anymore, but more like a front for illegal operations or something. Good luck trying to order from there- that never works out either.

I love Pizza Hut and drove all the way from Connecticut because theres no more pizza huts here but once I got my food I was just disappointed with the quality and taste. My chicken Alfredo was mostly Alfredo. No cheese. No tasty chicken. Just a bowl full of sauce.

I honestly went here for a nostalgic birthday dinner and was not disappointed. Pizza was delicious and came out just as I ordered. The bread sticks were really fresh and just as I remembered, especially with the dipping sauce. There really isn’t table service here, but you can order in and they will bring it to the table for you. They give you paper plates and plastic utensils. Service is pretty great considering it really isn’t offered any more. Overall go in with low expectations and you will be rewarded!
