Well, for starters, Pizza Hut has the best pizza. If anyone disagrees, they are obviously wrong. Only issue I have is that the app said my order was ready, and when I went in there (this was after waiting over 30 minutes for my pizza to be ready), the person at the counter told me it isn’t ready yet, and it won’t be ready for another 20 minutes. Other than that confusion, I would definitely recommend Pizza Hut!

Excellent service and quick preparation but GET THE EMPLOYEES SOME AIR CONDITIONING. It was upwards of 90 degrees outside 7/20/22 and it was HOTTER inside. They don’t need to be standing in that their whole shift.

Pizza Hut tasted great the gentleman at the counter was super friendly. Food came out hot. Was craving that 90s personal pan. Sure brought be back. Tasted like Pizza Hut, wasn’t expecting like anything else. Took others advice and ordered online. Drove over and was ready within minutes of getting there.

It isn’t possible to give negative stars. If I could, I would definitely do so! Customer service, and delivery are extremely poor. Placing and receiving your order takes longer than the estimated time. You would think the order was coming from out of state!

Requires you to bring the card used to order online physically into the store to pick up your food. I went with my husband to pick up our order and they wouldn’t let us pick up our food, cancelled our order instead of letting us get our food (it was under my husband’s name and he had ID). So they threw away our food to “prevent fraud” of $19. Needless to say we went down the street to Dominos. Also PSA: manager could be heard yelling at delivery guy who made a delivery to the wrong address to go pick up the same food and take it to the correct address. Great COVID precaution
