This place is the worst place to order from. They sent me a pizza with no sauce!!! Just dry bread wit cheese real disappointing. These are the type of place that do no care about their guest just they guest money sad I spent 40 dollars to only be able to eat a 8 dollar portion of it

I haven’t been to a pizza hut in years. This one opened up not to long ago couple of blocks away from me. Pretty busy spot it’s only pick up few seats to sit if you ordered on the spot. I rather use the app why wait unless you dont mind waiting. The staff were quick and nice especially the guy running it was pretty polite. I got a large pie with chicken onions and peppers it was pretty good.

What a pathetic service – I ordered through Ubereats and made sure that the order is understood & is without pepperoni. The mistake on the app was that I ordered supreme and despite me not choosing pepperoni it was showing it in the preparation. Anyway, I got in touch with Ubereats customer support and they cleared it out and put veggie 14″ instead with a full refund which doesn’t happen all the time. I ordered again and paid again. When the order came it had pepperoni. So sad & heartbreaking, I am a Muslim & my family doesn’t go near pork let alone consume it. I would advise anyone reading to not order from here, they have no concern for their customer preferences.

They don’t read special instructions nor ingredient list. If you’re getting any kind of wrap/melt with bacon, just don’t do it. The bacon is raw and thrown into the wrap/melt and it’ll never crisp up or cook. It’s slimy and very unappetizing. After that experience, I ordered a second time the melt without bacon. I removed it from the ingredient list and also put in the special instructions “No bacon” and by my ‘surprise’ there was bacon. I did it on the website so I would suggest calling in your order rather than the app or website.

Great new, clean, and fast Pizza Hut recently opened for business. Only Pizza Hut around, apart from Pizza Hut Hicksville & Queens Village. This is gonna be our new Favorite Spot to get our favorite Stuffed Crust Pizza!

Food is always inconsistent, undercooked or overcooked. I’ll rather spend my money elsewhere. It seems like this location has lowered it’s quality control standard because of the community they’re serving. Hicksville and Westbury are much better.

Service is horrible here you have to wait 10 minutes before anybody even ask you if you need help , I ordered two mediums which did not taste right the dough tasted weird like not fresh total waste of money couldn’t even enjoy my meal I had to throw out two two pies . I thought about bringing it back but didn’t have time too . It’s okay they got my money but they will never get it again .

Staff is unprofessional there’s 2 young girls at the front that don’t do anything but giggle at whatever there looking at on there phone , don’t order online they don’t pay attention to the online orders it’s as if you didn’t even order online once you come to pick up your order there clueless about the order and ask to see your online confirmation then start to make your order once you’ve shown them your order confirmation. Once I got my order it was completely wrong I got a pie with no sauce and the wrong crust and it was cold as if they gave me someone else’s order that was just sitting there and was never picked up. This has to be the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to and will not recommend to anyone else or order from there ever again , if I could give them negative stars I would
