Worst of the worst if there were zero or minu star I would have given them that. Pasta was in the foil plate without cover, honey barbecue chicken wings were supposed to be 6 pieces and they picked the smallest ones they had and sliced them in half and gave it to us without any sauce. The guy who helped us wasn’t too happy with his job either.

Took Mikey for pizza for his movie premiere but the Big New Yorker was a big disappointment. :Update:Tried to go to the website you sent me to tell you about our disappointing pizza but couldn’t find it but I guess it doesn’t matter because most of the Pizza Huts in the area have already closed.

It’s Pizza Hut you know what you are going to get. Today we ordered a heart shaped pizza it was yummy! Order here quite often for a quick dinner. It is usually ready in under 15 mins. Use the app for deals on pizza & breadsticks. Perfect for the kids on nights you don’t feel like cooking. The staff is always friendly and attentive. This location also borders Ted’s fish fry and there is a light to get in and out to wolf road easily.

If you’re thinking of ordering here… Just don’t. We ordered two stuffed crust pizzas, two bread sticks and wings. The pizzas barely had any cheese on them and the little bit of cheese that was there, was burnt. The bread sticks were so greasy it was gross. The wings were very dry and were small. I won’t waste my time here again.

This Pizza Hut is one of the last eat in Pizza Hut’s in the Capital Region. It is a little tucked in off the road. Not hard to get to, just to see. This location has a real life salad bar! Hard to find these post pandemic days. Really good service and of course Pizza Hut deep dish pizzas! Highly recommend. I will return.

My husband and I chose this Pizza Hut to “cater” our wedding. We ordered pizza to feed approximately 130 people and had it delivered to our venue. We included our personal favorite, Italian sausage and mushrooms on a white sauce, for ourselves in the shape of a heart. We also got some garlic knots because we tied the knot. The pizza was great and the service was friendly and on time. Guests loved that we had Pizza Hut and it is still talked about today. Included are some photos. I don’t know who that delivery guy is but we appreciated his help.

Very unsatisfied with the service that was done I never received my food in my hands the driver dropped my food off to someone, but not me tho & my job front desk asked the driver to call me & he said he already did which 7mi uses later he called to tell me someone he doesn’t know has my food. I called the manager she made it worst for me & when I was explaining to her my pizza is all separated & looks weird she tried to justify the driver I didn’t trust the food so I had to discard the food I wasn’t taking a chance . I was disappointed I will not oder from pizza hut again .

Best Pizza Hut in all of Albany! The service is quite fast here and the food is nice an hot when it comes out. Always delicious and the prices are quite cheap! I also often order their delivery to my house nearby. In all the times I have ordered, they have never gotten my order wrong. I will always go to Pizza Hut over Domino’s any day!
