ALL of the Pizza Huts closed back in Buffalo. My daughter and I were so excited to see a dine in restaurant. The horrible service was a great reminder as to why they closed.

The food was great. The restaurant was in bad shape like most Pizza huts. The ceiling had chipping portions right above their beverage area. They had no dining room music so there was a stereo plugged in? Which is really cool that the employees figured out a way to enhance the ambience But with the company as big as Pizza Hut – They should maintain updated restaurants with equipment that works.

Left work after a 12 hour day. The kids wanted Pizza Hut so I call to place a carry out order to pick up on the way home. I had a 12 minute drive from work to Pizza Hut. When I called, I finally got through after a few minutes. A Man picked up to take my order. I asked what the specials were and he said “hold on.” Well, I was on hold 12.33 minutes later when I walked into Pizza Hut and surprise! There were NO customers other than myself. I walked in to order and I must say I was furious!! The Manager said” oh! That’s the call center from some other country!” Now, that didn’t make me feel better I must say. I ordered no apology and now I’m waiting in my car for my order when I should have been home 20 minutes ago. Thanks

Well this will be the last time. I go to this location. Angry employees. Looks like they didn’t care when making the food. This is 2nd time that I had a bad experience. The pizza was over cooked clearly made with hate. Pizza tasted so bad. Wasn’t even enjoyable ruined my day. I feel sick to my stomach. Worse tasting pizza. I’m very disappointed. I used to love pizza hut but now the quality went down.the edge pizza isn’t worth the 15 bucks they are asking for. Domino’s pan pizza is way better than this. I will be going to Domino’s or even little Caesars if I ever want to get a fix. Pizza hut no more for me after this.

Dirty, check. Slow, check. Understaffed and angry employees, check. This place hits on all reasons never to come here. Stopped here for a quick pizza that per the online app said was ready. When I arrived at the location it took 15 minutes to speak to the first employee, my app advised the pizza was ready before I even entered the building, however, once I arrived I was told about 15-20 minutes. This took almost a half an hour to receive my pizza at this point. Completely unacceptable for a chain to have such a miserable experience, slow service, and inaccurate order technology. Do better pizza hut.

Wow..after the 3rd bad experience in the row…decided to post a review…we ordered pineapple bacon and banana peppers and again they give us pepperoni!!! The last time they flipped the thin crust for regular….this time The pizza is also undercooked the salad warm from being stuffed inside with the pizza carrier..and the italian sub is a joke….

Went there yesterday the waitress was a nice girl BUT oven turned off during our ordet. Breadsticks were awful chicken was awful and the other female that was in there well just say 20 years ago I would have invited you to settle your dirty looks outside. NEVER AGAIN. ALSO NOT ONE DROP OF SALAD.
