Stopped in for late lunch off I-88 exit 9 seeing Pizza Hut sign. I had been to this location before and had good experience. Ordered to go medium veggie pan pizza with side order of garlic bread sticks. Lady took the order made the pizza and was also served other patrons who had seat down orders.. Freshly cooked hot pizza is real thing which I decided to take home.

Look, it’s the nature of the beast of fast food. Last time I went they had to have been short staffed because there were tons of people waiting to order and pickup, one came in and had never received their delivery, one came in and had been waiting for curbside for 30 minutes, all within the time I was waiting to pick up a small order of bread sticks. It was obviously a bad day for them.

What a joke. Last time I ordered online, I showed 30 mins later and my order wasn’t even started! 2 people dining in. This was shortly after open, so busy certainly wasn’t an excuse. After waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes for my order to be cooked, I come back in for my order, and they (the staff) stand there chit chatting for a few minutes instead of getting my order ready to go. They were well aware I was standing there. The place reeked of urinal cake, in the front near the counter anyways. Service was horrible, customer had no priority, definitely don’t reccomend. It’s no wonder they’re shutting down many locations.

There was only 1 worker there and she didn’t even greet us and we just asked if we can have a pizza for takeout and she just ran across us and ignored us. The place was also very dirty.

The food was good but the service was a bit off as the waitress left half way thro and simply never came back. It takes a lot longer than it should but it’s good food just poor execution.

Ordered online, messed around for 20, called (contactless pickup) and waited in my car for another 20 minutes, went in curious why 40 minutes, have been waiting at the counter for another 10. I just want my food dude!

Can’t deliver on promises. This Pizza Hut is consistently late. Corporate sends an email stating what time it will be delivered. The local store won’t honor the corporate promise. They use Grub Hub to deliver so it’s real convenient for the store to blame Grub Hub. Anyway, for the price and the low quality and to have it take at least twice as long as promised, it’s not worth it. I think we’re officially done here.
