We got a big dinner box deal with boneless wings 3 weeks ago from brockport, ny location, and everything came out perfect and fresh, although the breadsticks were a little overcooked. So, we ordered the same dinner box deal this week at the brockport, ny location, and everything was overcooked. The pizzas were dry. we asked for extra sauce on pizzas, and boneless wings were hard. Breadsticks were dry. I hope when we order again things will improve. I will leave a comment and picture of my next order.

It was like stepping back in time! I was literally brought back to the 90’s!! This Pizza Hut looked just like the one I went to when I was a kid, turning in “Book-It” coupons for free personal pans! The food was really good and this Pizza Hut even offers gluten free pizza! Can’t wait to go back.

Food was great…. Haven’t been there in years. The bathroom however was pretty disgusting. My boyfriend went in after we ate and said the toilet was gross and there was boogers all over the hand railing.

Very expensive! A large thin crust, medium pan, one trip salad bar and 2 beverages $65.47 One waitress running her butt off and the food was not the best. Salad bar was the worst I had ever seen… brown lettuce and 1/2 the other vegetables were empty. Building could use some serious cleaning. Won’t be going back.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my cheese sticks. Payed 50 bucks to receive some burnt pizza and cheese sticks and the chicken wings dry. In other pizza hut facilities, employees re- check pizza in front of customers to make sure they are pleased with their order. But sadly in this facility they did not provide me that same treatment.

They need to clean better and the franchise owner needs to stop being a cheepskate and honor at least a few national deals. They never honor any national deals. Also, making a customer wait while you finish a personal conversation with co workers, four people two different conversations, is not acceptable. Where is their manager?
