The pizza was nice, soft, and filled with cheese & sauce. Overall, quite tasty. But the base/bread was missing the authentic Pizza Hut taste. The pizza hut doughs are so good that I even like the ends of the pizza. But this one was just okay. The workers were overwhelmed with orders (were unhappy & complaining loudly) but were working quite hard to keep up. Carried out, did not drive thru.

Me and my husband just bought pizza and a drink and found out that the drink is a month old. This is just disgusting. Please watch the dates to make sure you aren’t drinking anything expired.

The food is always perfect-done to perfection. Staff is always friendly and down to Earth. The ONLY complaint I could possibly have is regarding the answering service that picks up when the location itself is too busy. At times, I’ll get an answering service that asks the location you’d like to order from—if I’m calling the phone number for the location I want, then the answering service probably shouldn’t need to ask what location I need. They’re always polite at the answering service, but it is certainly not very convenient to supply a store location, and I’m not fond of the up-sale approach the service uses by asking about soda and desert(had I wanted it, I would’ve ordered it). But again, all folks and food at the location itself are fantastic, including when they take the order by phone at the location(not through the service). 5 stars for the location and staff!

Pizza was pretty good and I have no complaints about the food. The staff however were rude and nasty. When the weather suddenly changed and started pouring ruining our plans to eat outside we asked if we can grab a table and eat quickly with our toddler. We were rudely told no that we can’t take up a table as a carry out customer. There were at least 7 empty booths and she was very rude about it. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Waited in line for 25 minutes for food I had ordered 20 minutes before I arrived. Spen my whole lunch break in the drive thru and all the lady said for 25 minutes was your food is in the oven it be a minute. This is ridiculous, the lady never even tried to make it right, never said sorry, I talked to other customers and they all were there and had their food well before me and slmost of them had ordered after the time I ordered. I told them I don’t have time to sit here and wanted a refund and the lady looked at me rolled her eyes and closed the window, finally after 25 minutes she handed me my food and closed the window so fast I couldn’t say a word. I didn’t get to eat because my lunch was over and at my job I can’t have food or drinks at my station. I’d give 0 stars if I could

I ordered a large Philly cheesesteak pizza. Horrible, it was cold, dry, lacked flavor and gave me diarrhea. Despite reaching out to Management there they haven’t responded. I may not order from them again. Be careful what you get there. I’m going back to Pudgie’s.

I ordered a large supreme pizza. It was horribly undercooked. Dough was still wet in the middle. The whole pizza was cold. Not sure if they wanted me to take it home and cook it.. hardly no toppings on it. No wonder pizza huts can’t stay open.

Pizza was under cooked , bacon was also under cooked(chewy and flabby) and there was hardly any sauce on any of my 3 pizzas. The first time we ordered everything was perfect, unfortunately after this experience we probably won’t be going back.
