The food was good, however the service was horrible. I went in to pick up my order and no one was upfront to help. A gentleman saw me and help up a finger and said just a second. A second gentleman was in the back talking on his cell phone. After several minutes, I yelled back to see if someone could help me and the one gentleman said he was busy making an order. I asked if I could pick up my order and eventually he came forward. He started to insult me, told me I wasn’t the only one person on earth. Worst customer service I have ever had. I told him I would never come back to this location and he said good. Won’t ever go back to that location.

we ordered a meat lovers pan and a pepperoni lovers pan. when we got the order home, we had a supreme pan and a pepperoni lovers pan. hubby was too hungry and did not want to go back to the restaurant to pick up the right one.

This is without a doubt the only Pizza Hut worth going to in the South Hills area including Washington Pennsylvania and Cannonsburg. The staff is always pleasant even though they are often running short staffed. The food is always made exactly correct and tastes just like Pizza Hut should. I regularly travel out of my way from Mcmurray area to Bridgeville to get my pizza from this store because their service is just so much better than every other Pizza Hut around! The manager and her staff at the store should be commended for doing an excellent job!

Placed an order online. Received an email it was received except the location was closed. Upon further review, it was sent to a location far from us. Called store and they were aware the store was closed. They were less than helpful too… My husband was very upset at the closed store and having to drive to other one. Why would the order go through that appeared to go the original store? Very unhappy and last Pizza Hut purchase!!!

We placed a delivery order online. After about an hour I tracked the order and it still said “order received”. We tried calling numerous times only for it to ring and ring and then disconnect us each time. So being frustrated we actually drove to the store to find our order was still there. There were others there as well going through the same issues. They still charged us the $3.99 delivery charge and tip! Then we ordered a pizza with half meat and half veggies (I don’t eat meat). There were only two pieces of pizza I could eat, as there was pepperoni on most of it. So disappointed!

My order was “lost” and when I called, I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and called back, at which time I was greeted and not asked to hold. The interaction was more accusatory of me having the wrong store and a lot of yelling back and forth between the man on the phone and the woman, who later delivered my order and told us that she is call taking, making the orders, and doing the deliveries. It took me reading off my confirmation # for them to find the order and I was assured itnwould be delivered in 15 minutes. When it arrived, both pizzas were cold, the driver was so flustered she stepped on my new concrete step after being asked to not slide past the orange code blocking the stairs and again on the way down. This is twice now that I have had a terrible experience with this location and no offer to make it right by management.

Food never shows up and when you try to call, you get routed to a call center. The call center tried 4 times to transfer me to the store. All failed. After an hour and a half, I loaded up my kids to drive there. When I arrived I was treated like it was unreasonable to expect 1) that the food would arrive in the 25-35 minutes quoted, or 2) less than 50 minutes after receiving the “your pizza is on the way with the driver” text.
