I got the family meal deal, everything was cold, dry and burnt to say the least. Then all the sudden a doordash driver was delivering my pizza. Pizza hut never contacted me and let me know that until 20min after my order. And I quit ordering doordash because 1 they take forever and they are unprofessional.

The Pizza Hut in Etna is great. Not only do they give a tasty product they are very customer service oriented. Mike was very kind and patient with me. I am not very fluent on the phone and instead of getting irritated with me he was very friendly. The Pizza was great but the service makes you want to come back.
