Pizza was mangled like someone stuck their fingers in my pizza. Safe to say I didn’t touch those pieces. Wings were good and cookie pie. Pizza would’ve been better more fresh looked like it was out for a while. Tasted like it too.

I was in this Pizza Hut , and there were kids running around and working making pizzas and the place was just dirty. My food was horrible very unprofessional. I will never be back and I might call about the child labor laws here because that is not only highly illegal. It’s really sad, because about 9 months ago or so there was a little freckle faced girl. I can’t remember her name maybe Betty? And she was fabulous. My food was correct she was so nice and very professional. I really thought the store was finally under proper management and then now it’s even worse than it was before.

Worst experience I’ve EVER had with Pizza Hut. Ordered a big box for my sales reps on Father’s Day to thank them for their hard work and show my appreciation. Wait about an hour for my 35 minute delivery time to finally call the location. The “manager” answers the phone and tells me that they used Door Dash because they didn’t have a driver. I was told my food was picked up 30 min before I called. The “manager” offered me a credit for $20-$30 when my order with tip was $38.90. She told me she couldn’t track the driver and couldn’t refund my money. I’m LIVID. I will never order from this location again. & before the owner chooses to respond with a LAME response thanking me for my feedback.. save it.

Was not informed of the delivery charge which was outlandish. A $14.95 pizza ending up costing close to $30.00 and you have the audacity to to request a tip! Will never buy your products again. What a joke!

It’s ridiculous they charge a 5.99 delivery fee when it’s not their vehicle or gas smh. This is why people don’t get tipped because businesses take advantage. I won’t be ordering from there again.

I walked in and the cashier greeted me with a warm welcome. I asked her questions about the pizza and she was informative. This being the only Pizza Hut in Washington I think they are doing a fantastic job!

This place is absolutely gross. I went in for my first time and had to wait a good thirty minutes or longer. I ordered 2 large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and 5 bread sticks and it came up to $50! This is so not worth it. Even got asked by the lady working/cooking if she can go and smoke before she finishes my food. Will not ever be going back there again!

ordered today for delivery. did a future order for 12pm. did not received until 12:10 – not that big of a deal. what is a big deal is that i ordered 2 drinks – mtn dew and a tea. when my delivery arrived – from door dash i may add – there were no drinks; i asked the dasher where the drinks were and she stated that she was told my order did not have drinks. i have now tried calling the store 3 times and it just rings off the hook. how in the world does a pizza chain not answer the phone? at this point i do not want my drinks. i just want a refund.

Ordered a pan pizza here about a half hour before they closed for takeout. The box was incredibly heavy, and we found this was because the pizza was loaded with way too much sauce and cheese, and barely cooked. The cheese wasn’t even melted. By the time we got it home, the site was closed, so we couldn’t have another pizza made. We tried to just revive it in our oven, but it spilled everywhere. We contacted Pizza Hut for a refund, but all we revenues was an affirmation reply from the franchise owner that they’d take the feedback into consideration. Thanks, but that didn’t help.
