I usually don’t leave reviews but this one is deserving. We ordered dinner around 7pm last night and it was fantastic! The order was correct, ready when it said it would be, pizza was made with care and was super HOT even once we got it home . Everything was delicious-will definitely be ordering again!

Better staffed store. I arrived on time to pick up my pizza. Again,NO one at the counter. No staff acknowledged my presence by saying “I will be with you soon.” I only saw one staff person, in the back, making or checking on pizzas. She came up in about two-three minutes to get my pizza, which was ready in the warming oven. I had ordered and paid on line, then accepted the pizza. The staff person was cordial but obviously very busy!

The pizza was not consistent with previous pizzas received from this store or other Pizza huts. There seems to be a substitution in the quality of the ingredients or method of preparation. The pizza looked and tasted different. This was confirmed by 3 healthy adults. Is the recipe changing. This was for a round large cheese.

Curbside pickup seems to take longer and longer. I scheduled a delivery over an hour in advance and when I arrived at my pickup time I still had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. The quality of pizza the Pizza Hut serves just gone downhill, I would put it on the same level as a frozen pizza at this point. The price point is still attractive but these long waits are unacceptable.

Ordered delivery online. Hour and a half wait, which I didnt mind. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and dozen wings. When it got here, the food was cold and the container for wings was crushed with hot sauce spilling out of it. Ordered 2 sides of dipping ranch and didnt get either. Delivery driver was nice, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Highly disappointed with the food overall. Definitely not worth the $50 I paid for the order

Placed an order for carryout online AND PAID $36 – went to pick it up and they’re not open. I called three times and was put on hold for 15 min just to get hung up on. The Fourth time I was told to dispute the transaction with my bank. I called again today, fast busy signal. REALLY? Absolutely ridiculous that it allowed me and many others last night to place orders and PAY for them, when the place is closed down.
